"Henry was super friendly and accommodating, as we have a big truck and he made sure parking was perfect , the place was very clean , shower was wonderful, excellent water pressure , perfect lil out door sitting area with grill made our stay just what we were looking for . Looking forward to returning again . "

"The room were super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the were plenty of pillows for us to use. The AC were usable and easy to use as there's a remote for it. Do be aware that it is set in Celsius (not that I'm complaining. It was helpful to me). Bathroom was super clean. There were some reviews about it being musty or something but they were clean for uses. The kitchenette was cute and small. "The room was beautiful and well kept. It is well-situated in Dunedin for daily walks through town. Flanagan’s pub below can be noisy so be prepared for late night music. "
