"Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there."

"What a lovely little space! Everything was clean and just as described. We loved the dock out over the marsh grasses and used it every day - especially since the beach was closed we could still feel close to the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"Nice unit, great location, zero amenities on site. Had to go buy paper towels , napkins, dishwasher rabs, laundry on site but no detergent. Towels were meant for a small human!"

"The condo was beautiful, it was clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pools and walking on the beach. We rented a golf cart and it made the trip. We could go into Cape Charles for the beach, shopping or pizza pick up and were only 7 minutes away on back roads out of the resort. Such a fun trip! "

"Nice town house. Well stocked with everything needed. good boat parking. 1 mile to boat ramp at Kiptopeake. Nice neighbors! Had a couple small issues that the prop manager resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again. "
