"I may rent this again next year! Very clean, cute little apartment like condo, the couch is a pull out and the black sofa turns into like a mini bed. Theres tons of extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen has pots and pans, you'll need to bring a baking sheet if you normally use one and house shoes because of hardwood floors and traking sand in. The owner was very nice and texted back pretty quick."

"Overall lovely long weekend stay a block away from Virginia Beach! Our host was so communicative and was able to adjust our stay due to a last minute work emergency. Such a smooth and easy process checking-in and extending our time there. The host had loads of extra beach chairs and tools for the kiddos, and the check-out expectations were clear when preparing to leave. "It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser."

"The location of this unit and the space you get is fantastic! It’s very updated, spacious, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a vacation! A few things we noticed were the bathrooms not being very clean; there was hair left in the tub and sink, and a half drunk bottle of pop in the fridge, leading us to believe it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned beforehand.
