"The house is very spacious and luxury, it has spectacular views on the shores of Gran Alacant, Alicante and of course the mediterranian sea. The host is very friendly and makes sure you will not have a complaint about anything. It's located on an urbanisation, not too large, quiet and with pool and tenniscorts. We will be back some day for sure!"

"Pros: The villa was very spacious and brilliant for what we needed. It had many bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for all of us and was very clean. We enjoyed the BBQ area, we're we dinned most nights with local food from the supermarket. The tram is only a 5 minute walk away to head into Alicante which was perfect for us. We could not knock this villa for anything, the owners Maria and David were perfect. We thank them again for a brilliant weekend."

"Pros: Huset i seg selv var veldig bra. Cons: Soverommet i kjelleren var ikke beboerlig. Det bar preg av at det var kjeller med mye fuktig og vond lukt. Kunne ikke brukes. Heldigvis var vi bare 8 persjoner, så da slapp vi å bruke rommet i kjelleren. Det burde opplyses om at man trenger bil. Rommet rett innenfor inngangsdøra burde det ha vært en gulvvifte da det ikke var noe aircondition. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyde."

"The view of Peniscola from the Villa Atalaya is truly breathtaking.The outdoor amenities were very nice and used extensively by our group with one big exception…..THE POOL. Because we were coming mid April, I had confirmed the pool was heated before we booked. During our stay the weather was cool at 17/18 Celsius. The pool was barely heated. We asked repeatedly to warm up the pool, but by the time we left it was colder than when we arrived. I was given conflicting answers that the temperature...

"Great location - less than 10 min drive to Arenal beach. Villa was lovely. Beds nice and Showers were good and villa was very comfortable. All on one level so easy for me as have walking mobility issue. Large pool and outside seating area was lovely.Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Javea. "

"Pros: Pool size & property location. Easy to access amenities and lovely area to explore. Cons: The air conditioning is the let down. It was only in the bedrooms and only then in a timer. The absence of AC in the living space made trying to cook unbearable. However otherwise lovely property."
