"Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

"Location was awesome and hosts were very responsive to any questions. Parking can be challenging and there are a few nit picky things mostly regarding updating the house but overall it’s a great place, literally you could walk to everything. Me and the kids had a great time. "

"We had a great stay. Everything was as described and was clean and welcoming. Our only challenge was the second floor loft futon. None of us old birds felt comfortable negotiating the ladder, so we had to improvise. We did find out after check out we could have requested an air mattress which would have been better."

"We had 5 adults and children under 5 at this weekend stay. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us. Having children that young comes with some tears and despite being in the same house we didn’t hear it in other parts of the house. Also I was worried about parking because I didn’t see an area to park in the pictures but there was plenty of street parking.
