"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). "Our family had a great time ringing in the new year at your beach house. What especially stood out was the simplicity in checking in and check out -- no large binder with rules. Appreciated the 11am check out time versus the usual 10am. The amenities with pets in mind was very appreciated. Thank you so much for everything! We truly enjoyed it our two days there."

"The house smells very musty. The patio screen door was ripped by prior visitor, the pots and pans selection is horrible! Goodwill has a better selection. The wall outlet in the king bedroom, near the front window is not functioning. It didn’t work two years ago either. "
