"Perfect weekend get away for my family. The owner truly is as responsive as advertised. We had a great time. "

"The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again."

"Super clean trendy beach house! Loved our stay here"

"This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see. "

"This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....

"Amazing stay just minutes from the beach! Slept like a baby, love an amazing mattress. Very easy check in and check out process. Absolutely recommend and excited to stay again. "

"The check in was seamless and well communicated. The neighborhood is very nice and homes are beautiful. The rental is a beautiful beach cottage that has everything you need. It is very unique and well taken care off. Close to the beach and nice area to walk. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a great time in Jax Beach and the apartment was very nice. Only a couple of blocks from the beach - about an 8 minute walk. Close to restaurants, bars and the pier. I was concerned about the Taco Bell being right next door but it was fine and no noise when inside the house. Yard was great for our dogs. Even though we had an issue w our reservation, Zach was awesome and worked with us and we worked it out. Would definitely stay there again. "
