"Listing was accurate and property was incredibly clean. Walking around barefoot in the house my feet did not come back black which is incredibly common in other places we have stayed. Pool was also clean. Backyard was nice with great seating options. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in process was easy. "This property is nothing short of amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the fully stocked linen closets were all so clean and organized. Soap, laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning supplies were all available. The location was amazing and the short drive to the beach was perfect! But what made the stay even more better, was the host! Super sweet, patient and accommodating to every need we had. I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful long weekend in Jax beach and really enjoyed all aspects of our condo. First, the place was the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. Felt good to walk in after a day of traveling to a clean unit, very comfortable beds and all the special amenities. The kitchen and washer and dryer were all updated. I especially appreciated the full Brita in the fridge. Super nice touch and we didn’t need to buy water bottles! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach . Oh and the beach...

"Very clean and comfortable place. Everything needed was supplied. Loved it! The only thing I would have liked to see in the property was a full-sized mirror upstairs. Had to go to a couple of events and really couldn't check out my outfit. No biggie."
