"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

I enjoyed the short walk to the beach but advise cart rental to transport fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors we encountered were very friendly.
