"The Lake Nolte Retreat was a relaxing river getaway. There’s a lot packed into this property. The fire pit, the deck on the water, the grill, the kayak’s, all were great additions to our experience. It’s a relaxing way to kick back and get “back to the basics” of life. I give it 5 🌟 and I will be back soon!"

"Food and God only knows what else caked on the bed spreads. Cockroaches came home in our luggage!!!!!! We left a day early. Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!"

"I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due...
