On the ground floor, you will find 1 room equipped with 1 single bed and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, offering a comfortable sleeping arrangement. This level also includes a well-appointed kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, alongside a dining table and a television. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this floor.
The upper floor features a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and a dining table, as well as a second television, with direct access to a balcony.
