We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. The only issue was the pullout couch bed was like laying on bare springs. Someone had to sleep on the couch downstairs and it wasn’t very comfortable for him. My suggestion would be to replace it with a nice comfortable mattress or do not advertise that as a sleeping option. We enjoyed feeding the horse and the owner was very kind.

This is our second year staying in their cabin. They always go above and beyond to make our vacation perfect this year they even put up a Christmas tree when I told them that our seven year old granddaughter wanted to know if we could put up a Christmas tree they put one up for her and she was so excited when she got there to see it. They also have two horses on the property and she made sure she fed them their carrots every morning. We will definitely stay with them again.

OUTSTANDING Family Gathering Location

The property is absolutely amazing! We felt right at home. We enjoyed the space to spread out or gather together. We came during Christmas, and the house had a tree and mantle decor. We enjoyed feeding the horses during our first few days. The kiddos thought this was a huge perk.

Great place!

We were in town for our daughters wedding. Plenty of room for our extended family. We had the cottage and the house and it was nice and Peaceful. Away from the hustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to visit. Beautiful views. The horses were sweet.

Fantastic find

We loved staying at this property. The girls were really excited to wake up and see the animals on the farm. The owners were very kind to take us on a hayride, where we got to see more of the farm and even got to try bamboo to eat. We were able to eat farm fresh eggs for breakfast the following morning. The place is truly big, the farm is beautiful, and the owners are friendly. I’m sure we will be staying here again.

Mountain Serenity

Our family vacay in the Ford’s VRBO nestled between fields in the mountains was amazing. The kids enjoyed the freedom outside, the animals and the provided game room. Mr Ford was an amazing host and even came by to check on us after a family member had a medical emergency. I appreciate his help tremendously. This is a great location to book if rest and relaxation is what you need!

Beautiful venue. Great host.

Greeted by horses. Amazing view of the mountains. Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Huge game room. We were delighted. We rented the cabin also and it is great. Nephew brought a camper trailer and our host parked him in a covered shed near the barn. You will love this place.

Peaceful and fun family bonding vacation home

We loved our stay at Sunset View Estates! From my parents in their 80s to the youngest at 10 yrs old. Great time reconnecting with family. The ping pong and cornhole got a lot of use. We stayed 5 days, and went nowhere. Our favorite was sitting on the porch every morning with coffee, watching Bill and Pepper and the beautiful mountain scenery.
