Villa Santa Maria is a beautiful stone building (500 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms.

The villa is located just at 500 meters (15 minute walk) from the heart of the historical center of the famous Etruscan town of Cortona.
The rental is composed of 2 adjacent units, both with an independent access from the garden, however they are rented together.
