La estancia ideal

Todo muy bien, vista espectacular. Lugar privilegiado. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado es que se incluyeran las sábanas y toallas en el precio y encontrarlas arregladas. Camila muy buena anfitriona pendiente en todo momento. Muchas gracias

Ca d Nani es un sitio magnifico y adecuado para estancias en grupos. Nosotros fuimos 8 adultos y el recibimiento , la casa , el entorno y la completísima cocina nos dejaron maravillados. Un sitio agradable y muy bonito muy cerca de Cortina d Ampezzo , e ideal para realizar excursiones por las Dolomitas. Recomendable 100 x 100 a todos los futuros clientes.

Cozy Appartment for Ski–Trip

It was a nice and clean appartment with a gorgeous view into Cortina d‘Ampezzo. The host was friendly and even gave us the number of a private cook. Parking in the garage was very comfortable. We would love to visit again!

Camilla's place in Cortina was EPIC. We had the good fortune to be in the OFF-season (late November!) - which meant that the massive and summer and winter crowds were gone. Camilla's place is exactly as it seems. First, it's gorgeous. Most of the world would say it's weird to have an apartment building WAY up a hill above a small town. But in Cortina it just makes sense. We arrived in the middle of the night, as planned, and used Camilla's incredible documentation (video! pictures!) as our guide to get in. HUGE indoor parking garage. Glorious elevator that goes right to the cutest little Tyrollean flat you've ever seen, It frames the mountains in front of you gorgeously. The place itself is small but very comfortable for a family of four (two parents, two kids in their early 20's). But the LOCATION is the whole thing. You can hike out your back door, and get WAY up into the Dolomites. The tram goes by your flat, but not so close that people will be peering in., And the mountains. They are simply stunning. We stayed two nights, and wish we'd had two more. Truly, a great place. Thank you, Camilla, for everything. We had an amazing time.

Very Helpful Host; Excellent Communicator

We found this property to be an interesting place to stay. The large underground garage, with an elevator to the room, made it especially convenient. The room itself had everything we needed. The host was very helpful in helping us cooridate the recovery of our luggage that the airlines lost at the airport. We appreciated her willingness to help.

Fantastic view and location

The appartment is situated near the woods and has an incredible view! Very central to a lot of landmarks in yhe region. Ideal to go hiking or mountainbiking. Camilla, the hostess is very friendly and easy to co tact! We had a lovely stay!

Picturesque chalet looks out over the town

We enjoyed our stay very much. Camilla was a very responsive host. The view from the balconies is wonderful, and we enjoyed looking out over the twinkling lights of the town.

Great Stay in Cortina!

We had a great stay at Camilla’s place for a week in February! Camilla was a very communicative host and provided all the information we needed through videos and written instructions. We were a group of 4 adults and four children and utilized both the top floor unit as well as the bottom floor unit which had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep. The location was convenient and the views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful!

Skiferien Cortina 2024

Wir waren in den Faschingsferien eine Woche mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 11 Personen (vier Erwachsene und 7 Kinder/Jugendliche) im Appartement von Camilla. Die obere Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, hat ausreichend Ausstattung und auch die Küchenutensilien reichen gut für eine große Gruppe. Am Tisch haben maximal 10 Personen Platz. Wir haben einen zweiten Tisch dazugestellt, dann hat es gereicht für 11 Personen. Die Matratzen waren fest und bequem. Die untere Wohnung ist zum Schlafen und Duschen praktisch, Lüften ist möglich über einen seitlichen Flur mit Luftschächten ins Freie. Allerdings liegt überall im Keller ein gewisser Ölgeruch in der Luft, der nichts für ganz empfindliche Nasen ist. Zum Skifahren benötigt es ein Auto. Damit ist der Zugang zu den Skigebieten dann unkompliziert. Allerdings ist ein früher Start notwendig, wenn man auf den Gratis-Parkplätzen der Skigebiete einen Platz bekommen möchte. Cortina bietet viele anspruchsvolle Pisten und die höheren Lagen sind auch im Frühjahr noch schneesicher. Bergpanorama und Aussicht sind fantastisch, ganz großes Kino. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und waren dankbar für die große und schöne Wohnung von Camilla. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Italy ski holiday

Our family of nine stayed at this property. We found it to be very clean, a great location, and perfect for our needs. Due to the absence of snow this year, a car was definitely required to reach ski areas. Fortunately, we had that. We were a bit surprised by the separation between the two parts of the unit. There is an attic apartment, and then separate bedrooms in a basement apartments with two floors between them. We thought we were getting one unit. That said, it worked for us. The acoustics were a bit off as we could hear almost everything the neighbors said, so assume they heard us as well. Owners were very responsive to text messages.

Vorab wurden wir durch die Gastgeberin Camilla per Mail, WhatsApp und Video perfekt auf den Urlaub eingestimmt und instruiert. Uns erwartete ein tolles Haus, 2 schöne Wohnungen und eine sehr heimeliche Atmosphäre. Wegen unserer Reise in der Nachsaison waren wir im Haus, Cortina und auf den schönen Wanderrouten sehr allein - super. Für Wintersportler wäre das Quartier natürlich noch mehr zu empfehlen. Alles war perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts für eine Selbstversorgung. Wir haben mehrere grössere Ausflüge unternommen, u.a. nach Bozen und Venedig. 2 Stunden Fahrt, aber hat sich gelohnt. Vielen Dank gute Empfehlung. In advance, we were perfectly attuned to the holiday and instructed by the hostess Camilla via email, WhatsApp and video. We expected a great house, 2 beautiful apartments and a very homely atmosphere. Because of our trip in the off-season we were very alone in the house, Cortina and on the beautiful hiking routes - great. The area would of course be even more recommended for winter sports enthusiasts. Everything was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing for self-sufficiency. We have made several larger trips, including to Bolzano and Venice. 2 hour drive but was worth it. Thank you good recommendation.

Ideal for the extended family with a welcoming kitchen and good value for money

Camilla's two connected flats were perfect for our needs. We travelled with our three grown-up children and their partners and the layout of the two flats meant that everybody could have their privacy and we could still enjoy time together. The top floor flat is wonderful with two balconies for morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen is well equipped and gives ample room for cooking and the two bedrooms are very nice and well made out. The flat downstairs is windowless and felt a bit damp at first but the two couples who staid there still found that it worked for them. It has three bedrooms and each of them can have a double bed , as well as a spacious bathroom. The setting is lovely as the house is situated in a really quiet area above Cortina center. It was easy to walk to the center. We also appreciated the large parking garage which made access quick and easy. Finally, Camilla is a great host, she provided all the information we needed and quickly replied to any requests. We will absolutely return if we come back to Cortina and we warmly recommend this accommodation to other travellers! Ann, Sweden
