House immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the lively centre of Cortina and the splendid slopes of the Faloria/Cristallo ski area. The location is truly strategic as it is positioned in the midst of greenery in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is just a stone's throw from the famous Corso Italia, the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The apartment consists of a bright living area composed of two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, LCD TV and a dining table with a bench and wooden chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the day area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and has private access to a bathroom with a bidet and bath with shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a small private bathroom with a washbasin and WC.

Available to guests are a terrace, an external parking space and Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment is perfect for a family holiday looking for tranquillity, but at the same time very close to the social life of Cortina's centre, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
