El peor super8 que hemos estado
El peor Super8 hotel que hemos estado. Sucio y mal mantenido. La bañera se quedaba atascada, la pared tenía agujeros emplastecidos. Había 1 toalla de ducha cuando éramos 2 personas... El desayuno escaso y tardaban en reponer las cosas. La gente que había en el hotel era rara...

no me gusto nada, eatable muy sucio, habia orificios grandes al lado de la unidad de aire acondicionado que tuvimos que ponerle una toalla para taparlo, el hotel estaba muy sucio y el cuarto olía a drenaje, las cobijas de la cama estaban manchadas. la verdad que tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo ese Hotel a nadie.

It seemed like a nice place with a nice room, but then we had to carry suitcases to the 3rd floor with no elevator. When we got to our room, the lights in the hall near our door were unlit, making it hard to see how to insert /tap our key. When we went to bed we discovered that there was no top sheet and we didn't want to use the blanket without a sheet, since we didn't know if it had been washed lately. We called the desk about the sheet and they asked what our room number was. After waiting a while expecting someone to bring us a sheet, my husband had to dress and go down to the desk to get one. In the morning there was no tray in the coffee maker to hold the coffee packet. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

It seemed that part of the hotel was either a homeless or migrant shelter. Lots of noise, partying, people hanging out of windows smoking, etc. I was worried my car would get vandalized but it did not. Signs all over saying don't leave anything of value in your car. Didn't seem safe to hang out around the hotel which was disappointing. Rooms were so, so. Old and dated and needing maintenance, but bed and linen were clean. Basically could not wait to leave the next morning.....

Very good location close to restaurants and town centre. Room was fine, but the breakfast was extremely poor and the staff were indifferent and unhelpful.

This motel is in need of serious up grade. It definitely shows its age. The included breakfast was very limited. It consisted of Choice of 2 cereals, no bowls however, white bread for toast, some small one bite muffins, orange juice, milk and coffee plus waffle maker with syrup. None of which I can eat. Property is noisy, I am glad it wasn't full.

The ckerk gave us a room, someones stuff in there Then he gave another and it was not cleaned. Third the room was clean, double not the king we booked. The shower leaking and the sheetrock wall was soaked. There were home less coming thru the back door that the lock was broke. The dining was disgusting, bad lighting and not appetizing. Will do better research next time.

The reservation was for a first floor room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told the room we reserved was not cleaned, but we could have a similar room on the third floor. There was no elevator. The third floor room cost $6.00 more than the first floor room, and the desk clerk insisted we pay the extra money or we could "go elsewhere." The laundry machines were out of order, the "breakfast" was dry cereal and sour milk. The coffee machine in our room was not functioning. The hallways were dirty, the floor in our room was dirty. The shelf in our bathroom was hanging loosely. Another man who checked in before us came back to the lobby to tell the clerk the beds weren't made and the towels were dirty. This is the worst place I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty seedy places. A refund is definitely in order, and it should be removed from Expedia's offerings.

There were no rooms on the first floor as all of the TV's were out on that floor The hotel is filthy and the lock on the entry door on the back where the parking is is non-existent. No security at all. Also the smoke detector in my room was gone. And no handicap accessible rooms with a TV.

Only waffles or 2 kinds of cold cereal for breakfast. The waffles did not taste good. The TV did not work and there was no person to help us with that.

Mam the prices are very low and the hotel was only giving certain thing in breakfast , if the tv was not working , you should have let the front know.

I never got to stay because I had an emergency with my older daughter. Tried to cancel my reservation but it was too late to do so. I was so angry because if my daughter was ok I would have been there. There should be ways to get a refund back when things like this happen especially when you can’t spare the extra $5.

I am sorry for the inconvinence but the cancelation policy is 48 hours and in case of an emergency its 24 hours.

I never stayed in Super 8! This wa the first and the last!!! I got it is because of convenience and it is by "Wyndham I guess there is different Wyndham but some potheaded. Hallways were filthy.. cigarette butts on the floor. Room floor dirty, can't walk around barefoot. Bedding had funky like sweat smell, towels were rough and dirty. Sink/shower outdated. Customer service terrible dude was in a hoodie and didn't understood what he was saying 😑 in the morning for check out no one was there in the front! Just the sticker with phone number for those that want to check in. If you there in the area go to BW is literally next to it. Avoid this place.
