For a budget motel this is an excellent choice! We were a bit concerned when we first drove up, but as we were only staying for one night we decided we could handle it. We were pleasantly surprised! Though the area around the motel is industrial looking, the rooms and common areas were very clean, and there was no noise. Well, except for the bed! No joke intended. The beds are on spring frames, so every time one of us turned over there was a lot of squeaking. But the mattresses were comfortable. One word of advice, let the hot water run for a LONG time! The water heater must be in the next county. But once it gets to your room there is plenty of it. All in all, for the price, this is a great motel with friendly helpful staff.

You are very funny, The hot water must be in another county. haha. Due to the slow season most room weren't rented out so it does take some time for it to circulate we apologize for that. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Facility looks like an apartment building converted into a hotel. Did what they could to update but are limited. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and get breakfast quick, it's a good spot.

Receptionist was extremely rude and followed me out to my car to continue to harass me after she said it was basically my job to announce myself to her when I was waiting. Then she refused to refund me bc she was upset. Don’t be a receptionist if you can’t acknowledge guests. Worse experience of my trip.

People make the difference.
The woman at the front desk (Megan?) was so helpful and went out of her way to find things for me and my son to do on our impromptu raid trip.

Site unseen it was ok. No carts for moving luggage. Noisy ice machine just down the hall. Breakfast was good except that bagel was hard and apple was old.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I stayed at the building up on the hill away from front desk which appeared to be sketchy at first but wasn’t at all. It had locked exterior doors to let me in to a hall where the room was located. The picture online made it look like all rooms were motel style accessible from the parking lot.

The place is a bit outdated when you go in, but it was clean, and the staff was amazing. My check-in was easy, and check-out was friendly. I was passing through and only needed a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised

Everyone has been really nice. My room had a thank you note in it when I arrived. My room was clean and orderly. Even my washcloths were folded into art. Super nice experience and very reasonable price. Would stay here again.

idéal pour aller visiter Mesa Verde National Park
Hôtel bien placé en ville, et à seulement 10 minutes du Parc National de Mesa Verde. Les chambres sont de taille correcte. Plusieurs machines à glaçon sont disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner est assez varié, il y a également une machine à gaufre, mais lors de notre passage, des clients ont réussi à la casser .... Cependant, il faut monter ou descendre quelques marches pour accéder aux chambres et le parking situé en face des chambres est très vite plein, le cas échéant, il faut se garer en face de la réception.

Good for a night
Receptionist (lady on O2) was outstandingly nice. Room is typical budget accommodation but just fine. Beds are only double, not queen. At least they're pretty comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.
