"The accommodation itself was lovely with a beautiful bathroom, the building itself needed a bit of care in places but because this is a community owned building the money is needed for other things like the rooms which have been done. I do not think this is a hotel but more a bed and breakfast as you have to pay for an evening meal in the bar/restaurant downstairs every night along with any drinks, you are unable to charge them to your room. "Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Pet-friendly BUT you need to know that the guesthouse is just a small part of a large caravan and camping site. There’s also a field of horses. Guesthouse clients with dogs are only allowed in rooms accessible from the outside; we weren’t allowed inside the building. So my room opened directly onto the access road, with all the mud and noise that comes from all the traffic, walkers, and horses that passed in front of the door and small window. "Beautiful place overlooking the bay. Welcoming staff, lovely food. Perfect for chilling out on the veranda with a glass of something cold watching the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious too"
