"Yes the host was great but the condo needs a refresh. The bed is only a mattress without a box spring and needs replaced. The walls should have been touched up with paint as there were large marks all over the walls. We had to purchase batteries so we could use the fan and air conditioner in the living room. "Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of."
