  • condominio lindo y cómodo. Condominio de un dormitorio que duerme cuatro. cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Gran ubicación y un montón de comodidades. estanque de pesca, casa club, piscina con jacuzzi, mirador, parrilla de barbacoa al aire libre, gimnasio las 24 horas y centro de negocios encuentran a pocos pasos del condominio.

    Actualizada en 2014 con piso laminado, muebles, camas, pintura, y dos TV de 39' pantalla plana. Listo para su invierno a largo plazo para una escapada, vacaciones o fin de semana de relax o diversión.

    Hay una vista del canal desde el balcón.

    La tarifa incluye electricidad, agua, alcantarillado, cable y WI-FI. No hay impuestos de alojamiento para alquileres de 30 días o más.

I have stayed here a number of times, and it is THE BEST! Tommi is the BEST host and always communicates quickly and effectively. Everything you need, and the beach, is a hop skip and a jump away if it is not in the condo. But the condo is very well appointed so just bring your food and drink and enjoy the great accommodations and the beautiful pool and the convenient parking! You will very happy you picked this place to stay!

Really liked the fact they responded promptly and nicely. The place was beautiful and well maintained. Parking lot does have the numbers slightly gone (not visible), but there’s nothing the owner can do about it. Would highly recommend!

The residence was clean and everything I needed was readily available. The parking lot was adjacent to the building so the parking space was close. My host was available by phone for all questions, which was nice. It is pet-friendly although I did not bring one. The place was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location with easy access to a public beach parking area, so there's no need to purchase a beach pass. The place was very cute, cozy, and comfortable.The only downside is that the bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so it can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom. It would also be helpful to have an outdoor hose or rinse station to wash off sand before entering the house. We ended up rinsing ourselves and our beach gear at the public beach access before returning.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. The only thing was no elevator. Great vacation place for young people. Not for elderly guests.

If you are looking for proximity to the water, this is the spot. The condo is situated in a prime location where the beach is just a short walk away. One of our favorite features was the pool, which is located mere steps from the unit, making it incredibly convenient for a quick dip. The space itself was the ideal size for an extended stay and had all the essentials.

Nice Relaxing Get Away!

The accommodations were very nice. We had a relaxing get away. Awesome that it was dog friendly too our dog Rocco had a great time as well.
