Everything was clean, priced right and as advertised. Very comfortable! We would definitely stay again. One permanent resident in the building was a nosy and rude neighbor. This does not detract from the managing company or the room. You can’t fix old and cranky.

Location was great, condo was great. I was disappointed there were no beach towels. I understand no beach toys, chairs etc, although it would have been nice. But towels are not expensive and it is a condo at the beach. Seems cheap to me.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in the perfect spot! We were able to walk to the beach and pool! Then jet off to dinner in the golf cart. The condo was clean and the kids loved their beds!

This property was very clean and well-maintained. I loved the keyless entry! Lots of sleeping with bunk beds that had a full size mattress on the bottom. The place was decorated...total beach vibes! All up to date appliances, paint job, and a smart tv. Such a cute place!

Short stay in a wonderful spot

I would say this place is exactly as pictured. Other reviews mentioned going up 2 sets of stairs and the furniture. Neither were disruptive to our stay. I wish there was a broom to keep floor cleaner. We tried, but sand goes everywhere. We loved the view and listening to the waves. We had to wander to find the game room, but it too was just as the pictures indicated.

Close to the beach. Close to everything in town. Golf cart is the way to go. Clean rooms. Full kitchen everything you need to cook and clean.

Loved this property!!!

We were for adults and we really enjoyed our stay at Beach head! It was just right for us! The pool and rooms for playing were terrific. Our space was very clean and had plenty of towel’s, paper products! Thanks folks!!!

Cute getaway

Such a cute place and perfect size for four teenagers and a chaperone. Loved how the master bedroom opened up into the living area; made it easy to keep an eye out to what was going on. Only downside is the boardwalk entrance to the beach is only a footpath and you cannot drive a golf cart down. But the beach access is only a couple blocks away drive so it was still really convenient. Very close to everything.

Great view, peaceful and quiet older resort.

Everyone we met was friendly and polite. The unit was quiet and spotless and had most things someone might need in the kitchen or bathroom. We did have to air it out upon arrival due to moth balls in the closet. Recent flooding made some of the grounds mushy, but maintenance is working on it. Beach access could be a challenge for those with mobility issues, due to a temporary (?) open drainage ditch near the beach, sloping of the boardwalk, muddy areas, and many stairs to the units and in the pool area. We rate this unit 5 stars even though the resort is still doing hurricane repairs. The pool and gameroom are sparkling clean. Overall, we loved our stay and would go back anytime!

Nice, relaxing visit.

The condo looked just like it did on line. It was in a good location to see the water from the balcony. It was a 5 min walk to the beach. We also discovered you could get a beach pass for 12 dollars. So it made it easier to haul our chairs, towels, etc to the beach. The kitchen is very small, but worked out ok, since it was just my husband and myself. Decorated very nicely. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay

Property manager was great. He was always checking on the guest. We had everything we needed. Property was very well maintained and clean. Pool and pool house was very nice and clean. Probably was close to downtown and the beach. Will definitely be staying again.
