The condo was wonderful but I had issues with the 10 digit code on the door. I left a bag of mine at the Condo due to an onset of abdominal pain. I have been trying to make arrange to get my things back. Overall great experience.

We love Beach Club properties. This condo is by far the nicest we've stayed at. It has truly been upgraded recently. We cooked at condo several meals & found most things we needed in kitchen. We will definately return. Thank you!

We've stayed at this property every year for over 12 years. This particular unit was convenient given it's on the first floor. We found the kitchen lacking in amenities for cooking/eating and cleanliness and gave the owners feedback. We also had a handful of other issues that we shared with the owners and hope for improvement in the future. Overall the apartment is relatively clean and decorated nicely.

Overall very comfortable stay. The condo is remodeled, for the most part. And the Vacasa staff was responsive to inquiries I had.I did notice the master bed frame legs were becoming detached and could be an issue for a guest if it broke on them. Also, I could not figure out how to connect the TV in the master bedroom, even with the instructions I got from the staff. However, comfortable stay overall and perfect for beach getaway weekend. Thank you for having us!

It wasn't quite as bright and airy as presentened, but the condo was comfortable. There was no body wash in the second shower. Empty bottle, but no refill. Overall good experience.

Corpus Christi work stay

Overall enjoyed the property. It was very clean and perfect for our business trip. Unfortunately, we were not told that the washing machine was not working before we arrived so we had to have extra towels delivered. A few suggestions for the owner: it would be great to have hooks behind the door in the bathroom to hang towels or bathroom robes. Would also be nice to have a full length mirror in each bedroom or somewhere in the house. Would also be nice to have an option to check out an hour or two later if possible. Overall, great experience and my favorite was that the bed was so comfortable! Would stay again.

Good stay, close to beach

We enjoyed our time at the condo. Loved that it was so close to the beach. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store. Condo was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen had the basics. Pool was heated. There was no sauna. Grills were charcoal only. The only downside was we could hear the upstairs neighbor’s every footstep. They weren’t loud or partying. One night, they were up late and we could tell exactly what room they were in. Even a noise machine didn’t help. Owner was very responsive with our questions.

Really like this complex it is very quiet and nice plus a short walk to the beach. Only drawback was there were only two forks in the silverware drawer and we improvised for a mixing bowl. There is a pull out couch, but it only has a foam mattress which works for kids but the adult had to sleep on the couch and not the mattress.

Great place- door code was a nightmare

We have stayed at this complex many times. This apartment was great- plenty of supplies, decorated well, excellent mattresses and towels, etc. At other places we have stayed, the door code would be 4-6 digits- this one was 10! Really excessive! A total pain!! And you had to enter it to leave as well as get in.

Hataway summer vacation

Was a little disappointed to find the drains clogged with hair the first time we went to shower. Beds were really comfy and happy with appliances available! Wish there had been salt, pepper an oil as a nice cooking baseline. Perfect spot to walk to the beach to everyday and visit the local events/shops. Would definitely book again next year!

This place was fantastic. Just 2 minutes to the beach, first floor unit, comfortable beds and pillows and lots of towels. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would book here again anytime.

Great Value,Great Location

If you are traveling with small children this is an excellent unit! It has minimal decor and is a ground floor unit right by the BBQ grilling area. It was also very reasonably priced for the location. My only complaint is that the door doesnt automatically lock when closed. Other than that it was a great unit and we will definitely consider staying here next summer.

Great Time at Whitecap Beach

This first floor unit was comfortable and welcoming. The furnishings were good quality and ample towels/bedding were provided. Complex is conveniently located near Whitecap Beach and has a nice pool and spa area. Unit's parking spot is right outside the main door to the building and near the unit's patio. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Perfect getaway location!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and great local restaurants. The unit was clean and well appointed. We needed the local maintenance person, Hector, to help us with a malfunctioning door lock and he provided exceptional/timely service. The only remaining issues are the master bedroom bed frame is broken and needs replacement and toilet lid needs to be replaced as well. Other than that, this unit is excellent.

Great Stay

Overall the condo is very nice inside, nicely updated and looks like the pictures online. The location to the beach is amazing, a short walk or a very quick drive if you are taking lots of stuff. Will definitely look at this place and property again.
