Perfect location in Port A

My wifeand I and 2 girls enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Fishing and swimming at location was fun. Beach is 3 minutes away, so our many restaurants and shops all nearby. Thank you, Good Times

Cozy and Pleasant

We were using the condo for the weekend for offshore fishing experience. It suited the needs of the three of us and it was supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable and efficient with our activity. Close to most of the fishing departure docks.

Great stay

Overall was a great stay property was easy to find communication with property manager was very easy and helpful. Unit is comfortable for two people. A little small in my opinion for More than that But overall I would definitely recommend this place for couples just looking to get away for a nice spot in Port A. The condo I stayed at was very clean and up to date. The only negative I could point out would be No table in the unit to sit and eat especially with a fully equipped kitchen which was still a big plus for me. But overall no big deal. For two people this place was wonderful and I definitely look forward to booking again in the future.

Really walking distance from everything downtown. Nice quiet condominium project. Management company was very easy to work with and very prompt. When the air conditioner quit working and the red light came on to check the filter the maintenance guy came over quickly and fixed it although he was a little cranky. Port A is a great place to stay and this is a great little community

I wished that had a daily linen service. I’ve never stayed in a place where there wasn’t extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or extra bath towels. I got tired of asking for things. Room was suppose to have an iron board/iron and I had to ask for it. They bought new and brought to our room. We booked a 6 day stay. We had 2 trash bags bathroom/ kitchen to last us for our stay. We of course that wasn’t going to work. I bought my own trash bags, toilet paper and hand soap for the bathroom. Upon check in the back room had an empty container of hand soap on the counter. In my opinion accessories were bare minimum. Extra touches aren’t that expensive and make the stay more pleasant.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of the property. The primary reason I booked here is because it was supposed to have a heated pool. Arrived Wednesday and the kids and I tried to go to the pool but it was locked and dirty. I texted management asking if the pool was up and running yet...however no response to that, despite them being good about texting you everything else. Thursday the pool had been cleaned and the gate was unlocked, but the pool was not heated. So we never got to enjoy the main amenity we were looking forward to. The condo itself was nice with updated furnishings.

Needs cleaning and AC broke

We liked the look of the listing since it looked like a clean place, but were disappointed with what we found. The place needs a deep cleaning. The shelves and drawers had a layer of dust as did every picture frame, molding, and door. The chairs need to be shampooed. There is also a long amazon box on the back porch. The AC that was barely making it broke while we were there and we had a hot night. The next day they brought a second window unit to the place for a quick fix and it was comfortable after that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a pretty Nice 1 bedroom condo at Bay Tree with a boat slip for a week. Room was very nice and well kept had sufficient linens, cookware and appliances. The deck was a little worse for wear but funtional, I've never seen deck boards nailed instead of screwed so there were some boards pulling up and some nail heads sticking up, functional but not ideal. Property grounds were well kept and office lady was a pleasure to deal with. We did rent a dock space also for our boat which again was functional' same nails instead of screws with heads sticking up and boards curling. Very narrow dock but it worked, the biggest let down at dock was the electric was on dusk to dawn control with lighting not allowing sufficient time to charge batteries after long day of fishing. Over all I was pleased with our stay and would consider it again in the fuiture.
