Sea Gull is a Delight

The Sea Gull is a wonderful place to stay. I couldn’t have asked for better amenities, a cleaner facility or a more helpful staff. The only caveat in my recommendation was is the distance from the town of Piet Aransas. It makes renting golf carts or even bikes a bit harder if you want to spend time in the town, but we managed to find a way to do both. The bike shop delivered our bikes.

Nice resort!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Needed some beach time and it didnt dissapoint! Our toddler enjoyed the beach and pool and kids area. So nice to have that family feel to a resort. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Dishwasher didn’t work. Chair was broken. 1 of 2 elevators was out of service. Despite these issues it was fun. Beach was clean and sand was wonderful

Bed in 2nd bedroom too hard to sleep on

Smaller mattress was a rock so 2 people in our group had to find another place to sleep. Floors were sticky. All knives were dull. All door hinges need to be sprayed with WD40 to eliminate squeeking noise each time doors are opened disrupting sleep. Hall bathroom needs sink stopper fixed - impossible to hold water and keep contact lenses from going down the drain. Need new dust pan that works.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Nicely decorated and clean. It has everything from kitchen needs to beach chairs. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and super easy access to the beach. The beach is secluded, not many people there when we went. The second bedroom has one bed with a trundle, unlike the pictures, but it worked for our teenagers. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. It provided my wife and I a great low key getaway that we were looking for. While we were here, the beach was really clean - no seaweed, jellyfish, or man-o-wars. Perfect for walking and taking in the Gulf.
