The property was located with in walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. Grounds were clean and the complex was a nice family enviroment.

Excellent location

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location and nice view of pool and dunes from the balcony. Easy walk or drive to beach. Only issue was door closer was broken off of the main door upon arrival. Property manager was there shortly after we checked in and removed it until repairs could be made. Very nice experience!

First Beach Trip

This was my son’s (2 years old) first, and my daughter’s second trip to the beach, and my first as a single mom. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and get around in town within minutes. Our trip was a success!

Great location and cute room

The room and the location were perfect. It was a third floor room and the elevator was a little rough by the end of the weekend. I believe some unruly teens staying at the property may have urinated in the elevator.

Cute and right beside the beach

The property was nice and clean as advertised. Great location close to the beach and close to several dive bars if that is your thing Very beachy. With a nice east facing balcony so you can watch the sunrise while enjoying t your coffee

The condo was the perfect size for us with the two Queen beds. It was not as cleaned as I had hoped. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and never got it, luckily we didn’t need it.

Cleanliness

We stayed 16 days. No mop. Water congregating in front of door. No linens cleaned. Free laundry downstairs,but the code they gave me first, would not work. Sink fell and was not fixed. They did tell me,we could bring towels to office,and they would replace. On the good side,beds were very comfortable. Location good. I would not recommend sea breeze for longer,than 3 or 4 days.

Overall we had a great experience and the place was super nice and super cute. The online description says washer/dryer and there was one on the property but not in the room. We had 3 guests and the place is advertised for 4. My PERSONAL opinion is that the next time I stay here, I wouldn't have more than just 2 people. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. and the kitchen was fully stocked. I will definitely stay here again. I loved the privacy and the location.

Upon turning the lights off cockroaches began climbing out from everywhere. The balcony railing was not attached on the right side and was very dangerous for our children. We did not stay one night in this place. The owner did however offer a full refund.

Great location to the beach & walkable to restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub and property. The condo was very clean and updated. They had everything we needed and were very accommodating. We would return. P.S. Elevator is not working at this time.

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful

Just as pictured. We found the place very clean and well-equipped. Pool area was also clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs. You could walk to the beach, though it's a stretch, but we drove there since it was rather hot and we wanted to take our beach chairs. Very close to a number of restaurants. I wondered about the music playing at night, but once we closed the front door we couldn't hear outside noises at all and slept soundly all weekend. We really enjoyed our stay there, you can sit out in the balcony and enjoy some fresh air and a relaxing view at the end of then day.
