  • The Aransas Princess is a beach front condo in the heart of Port Arenas Texas on prime beachfront property and offers views from every unit! This stunning building offers a jacuzzi and two swimming pools pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. An extra bonus is its conveniently located in the golf cart friendly area making it easy to explore downtown!

    The Aransas Princess is loaded with amenities to provide you the perfect vacation rental for your trip.

    Enjoy the stunning view of the gulf of Mexico with luxurious amenities including new tennis courts, two resort style pools, a hot tub, and a boardwalk to the beach. If you would like to venture out rent a golf cart and check out our local cuisine and shopping or just cruise along the beach.

    This unit has been recently remodeled and looks like the cover of a Coastal Living magazine! The master has a king size bed and the guest bedroom is suited with two twin beds. The couch in the living room pulls out into a sofa sleeper, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 6 people. The unit comes with one reserved garage parking space, a fully appointed kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

The location is great. The condo had all the things we needed. It is in need of a few upgrades but nothing that interfered with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was bigger than we anticipated which was perfect for us. The beach view was beautiful. You could hear the waves . We cannot wait to stay here again. This will be our main stay when we come to Port Aransas.

Family end of school year get away

The property was clean and comfortable. Both pools on property were also clean, however the hot tub was under maintenance and unable to be used during our stay. We were very pleased with our stay with one exception, the boardwalk to access the beach was under construction. This was not noted on the website. There was no way to get to the beach unless you used your own vehicle or took a golf cart from the condo, which was not on a schedule. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would book again.

A trip I hope she'll remember

We took my Mom to the coast to celebrate her birthday with hopes this trip would put a smile on her face and hopefully a glimmer of the good times if she can remember this trip as she suffers from Alzheimer's Disease.The unit was beyond clean, and to be honest, the entire property was super clean which said a lot about the pride each employee has for where they work because it takes a village to be that clean and this place did not disappoint.Our unit (309) was decorated with comfort and class and our next trip will be at this location again, if available in the future.Thank you Aransas Princess for making this a great weekend and to the lady at the front desk who assisted my Mother to get back to our room safely, as she managed to get out of the unit, down the elevator and request "a ride home" while we were still sleeping at 7:03am. I realize so many things could have gone so wrong from that incident but Aransas Princess staff was the hero of the day and made memories I will cherish for years to come!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was large and a great size for a family of four. It was very clean and had all kitchen supplies. Easy access to the beach via boardwalk. There are two pools - the main cascading pool was under construction (which we were not made aware of) so that was unfortunate. Nice staff. Cons - oven takes over 45 minutes to pre-heat to 350 degrees. Main pool (where view is) is under construction.

Stayed here with our family of 5. It was perfect. Easy access to the beach. The place was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We were on the third floor (#309) so I wasn't worried about safety so much as I was worried we were going to get penalized for the missing locks as their guest checkout list was very extensive and detailed. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo had an amazing view of the beach and overlooked the beautiful pool. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The only complaint is the second bathroom needs light. There’s only 1 dim light unless you turn in the heat light, and it’s too hot for that. The AC was great. Very nice balcony. Property was nice and quiet inside. Like has secure access from beach for only those staying at the property. Covered parking was nice and clean. Some repairs outside the unit (tile, elevators) are still being done.
