Great getaway.

The property was just as advertised. Clean, close to the beach, nice pool, clear and quick communication before and during our stay, simple check in check out process.

Lots of beds!

Clean and simple space. Everything is as described, plenty of room for our group of 11, we could not hear the neighbors. Pool is heated and kids swam for hours even tho it was chilly/windy.

Perfect property

Lots of space for large family group. Loved the extra large dinning table with plenty of space for 7 kids playing games during our rainy stay. Pool just out the back door was great.

Wonderful duplex close to Whitecap Beach

This was the perfect size for our extended family. We came for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Loved the location, size, and pool. First time to Corpus Christi and first time as a large multi-family vacation. The duplex had a well-stocked kitchen and great balance of restrooms to bedrooms. Thanks for the new memories!

Aruba Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was quite crowded at times. Only one bed in kid's bunk room was made up. Kids made their own beds. No access to Kokomo Yacht Club which would have been perfect.

Best stay

We really enjoyed the beds. They were very comfortable. They were good enough to let us check in early. The AC worked beautifully. The pool was magnificent. Everything was just really up to par.

Family Vacation

Very clean, rooms for everyone, lots of bathrooms, close to beach, close to HEB, other stores, pool area was clean and welcoming. My grandkids loved it. We all loved it there.

Perfect Family Roundup

We had my brothers and their families and our mom (15 in total including a 6month old) all meet together for a family beach getaway! We had a wonderful stay! The room sizes fit perfectly for us all and we had just enough bathrooms that we didnt have to wait long for our turn. We walked the short 2 block walk to the beach every day with our chairs/ canopies/ coolers/ etc. in tow with beach wagons. We did bring some dry goods and snacks with us but went to purchase all the cold goods and more snacks at the Island IGA. I would recommend stopping at HEB before crossing the bridge from Corpus Christie to the island. The IGA was pretty pricey. The house had plenty of pots/pans/ and cookware. We washed a load of towels every morning to have clean fresh ones ready for showers after the beach which was so nice to be able to do. The kids loved the pool. The back patio was perfect to relax in the evening and share laughs at. The dining table and bar area were big enough we could all share meals together. The beds were comfy so we all slept well. And the front rooms having their own air conditioning made them even more comfortable. I think the only draw back would be the walls are very thin and you can hear everything so make sure to bring a fan or sound machine. But all in all a very wonderful and family friendly place to stay!

Great location!

My friends and I stayed here for beach to bay relay this year and was big enough to fit us all. Great location to restaurants and town. Short walk to Whitecap beach. Only things are we would have liked more pillows and blankets and the mattresses were firmer than I like. But great option if needing to fit multiple people for a short beach weekend.

Family Get-a-way

Family vacation was great. Location was very convenient. Beach within 5 mins. Grocery store 15 mins. Had one one issue on arrival with ants in one of the bedrooms but was resolved within a 24 window. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Christina Birthday Weekend at the Beach

We had a great time at this place. Easy check in and Check out. When we first arrived it had a musky smell going on but we brought stuff to spray and it was fine after. The place had plenty of room for my big family, the pool is literally right out the back door. The beach was about 2-3 mins away driving. Very convenient. They were fully loaded with kitchen with pots pans, etc. The only problem we had that I didn't notice until we were leaving was the dish washer door wouldn't close. I hadn't used it until we were cleaning up. Over all great place and I would stay again.

The property was clean and spacious. The bedding and bathrooms were good-excellent. The kitchen utensils need to be tossed and replaced. The couches were both shot. The dimensional lumber dining room table was cumbersome and painful to the feet. Worse part was 2 loud parties lasting to 2 AM by the neighboring rental unit.
