Company Retreat

Great Property! This was our second time returning to this house. We had a company retreat and it was perfect. Lots of space to gather and so close to all the amazing restaurants and great golf course. Plan to be back later this year!

Annual sibling reunion

Every year, my two sisters, their husbands, my husband, and I meet for an annual get-together. We rotate where it will be. This year, I chose Port Aransas and this particular house because my husband and I had stayed there before. This place is great! Well appointed, lots of room, close to almost everything. The downstairs bar with swinging seats is awesome. If we need a place in Port A again, this will be at the top of our list!

We had a lot of fun during our trip, overall the house was greatly stocked for basic needs. Cleanliness was ok just details like dirty doors, baseboards, blinds, found some trash in pool area too. But most importantly clean sheets and towels were available.

Wonderful house! Loved how it was right in town!

This house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles and 4 golf carts. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Will definitely stay here next time we visit port a.

Very nice, close to everything

Great Communication with owners or mgmt company. They had so much stuff we were able to use which sometimes VRBO's provide nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sand Fest

Overall this house fit most of our families needs. The neighborhood is a bit trashy however the house make up for it. It says pet friendly so I was hecking it out for future travels with my fur babies and found there is no actual way to keep your pet in the common downstairs area.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for everyone. Sadly the weather did not allow us to utilize the swing bar and ping pong table downstairs. Aside from that we plan to be back this summer.

The perfect getaway!

My family and I (ages ranging from 75 to 1 year) loved everything about this rental house! It felt like everything was thought of when designing it and it really met all of our needs. It's location made everything a less than 10 minute drive, and when when you have a 1 year old, 4 year old, 16 year old, and 75 year old in the group, short and sweet is required! We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, and bar swing down stairs and the beautiful kitchen, dinning room, and bedrooms upstairs. The only (very minor) downside is the rug in the living room was a little scratchy for the baby or walking bare foot. We will definitely be staying here again!
