It was our little family’s second time staying at this property. And it was once again amazing! We always recommend this property due to the fact the size of the property, the convenience of beach and the amazing staff as well. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Old mattress

Mattress has large crater. There were 2 roaches I killed. Towels provided are thin. Consider adding more sets of towels.

Quiet and restful

We enjoyed our stay and always love coming to the Beach Ckub properties. This unit was nice with everything we needed. We were made to wait until 4 pm to check in, but not sure why as it seems it wasn't just freshened up. There were three dead cockroaches on the floor when we walked in so not likely just cleaned. Bed was large and comfortable and the property nice and quiet.

Work / Weekend Getaway

Needed a reasonably priced and comfortable place coming from out of town to work and relax for the weekend. This was a cozy spot with a comfortable king bed, perfect little kitchen and wonderful access to the beach and town. WiFi was important for work and the connection at the property worked great as did the air conditioner which was nice a cool. Checking in and out was extremely easy and we appreciated the informational txts as well as the Instructions for various things in and around the apartment and facility. We would definitely stay here again, but there are a couple of things that would make all the difference and earn the facility five stars in all areas form us: 1) There are curtains to block lights from the parking lot beside the bed but not in the “living area”. Since the space is so small, the room never gets fully dark and that was a bit frustrating. Lights from passing cars and the parking lot shine in through the living room blinds. It would be nice to have curtains for all the windows. 2) The patio furniture was dirty and the area needs to be swept or hosed off as it was covered in bird droppings. We wanted to sit out and have coffee but decided it was too dirty to mess with. There was a nesting pair pigeons using a corner of the upper patio which would be no problem if the area could just be swept off before guests arrive? We actually didn’t mind hearing the pair cooing in the mornings and we’d hate to disturb the female on her nest.

Everything we needed

The property was clean and everything we needed. Cutely decorated. We were here on a fishing trip and we had everything we needed to made a simple meal with the fish we caught. Would stay here again. The only downer was people above us arriving late in the evening and seemed to be up off and on all night. Just walking around….not good sound proofing in these buildings. Other reviews mentioned this as well.

Wonderful Condo Near the Beach

I recently stayed at this condo and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right across the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a couple

The location was great, the condo was very clean and organized perfectly! Our only complaint is that the property description states sleeps 4. I wouldn't recommend putting anyone on the couch sleeper. Our fourteen yr old daughter was supposed to stay with us but that bed was horrible. Very thin, very uncomfortable half inch mattress. Luckily my parents were staying at the same location and their condo had a rollaway bed she was able to stay on. I did not complain to management because we had an alternative location for her to sleep but if we didn't have that option that condo wouldn't have worked out for us. It was perfect for my husband and I. The AC worked great, we like it cold! If my husband and I come back by ourselves we would definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean, and simple studio condo with all you need.

The only thing we didn’t like was that check in got delayed and we had to ride around for almost two hours before we could check in. Not fun with a 4 year old.

Wonderful place to stay on the island!

The condo was a ground floor unit, very clean, well-furnished and well laid out. Pretty much central in the complex, making it easy to take advantage of all of the amenities and offerings. Close to pool area, gym, laundry area, etc. Very comfortable and relaxing time here.

Cute & Cozy

Everything you would need for a beach stay. Not to big not to small. Perfect for two.. maybe three. Great location… Walked to the beach.. close to everything on the island. Ground floor so it was easy to unload & load up. Clean property. Definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

The property was a great experience but please add something to your rules and regulations stating to please be considerate of the renters below you. It sounded like the group above us were rearranging the furniture dragging the on the floor Then it sounded like they were beating a hammer on the floor This went on a long time We paid a lot of money for that rental and the activities above were uncalled for

Excellent little apartment located a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very clean and very comfortable. Pretty much every piece of kitchen equipment you’ll need is provided. Was able to cook breakfast most days. The only complaints I have are minor nitpicks like the door to the patio sticks a bit and it would have been nice to perhaps have a washing machine. This is an excellent stay for an excellent price. Easily the best vacation lodging I’ve ever had. We will surely be coming back in the future.

Charming coastal condo

The property had all the amenities for a relaxing time at the coast. Very well appointed and organized! The decor was the best in cottage coastal charm. Very clean! The large king bed was on the firm side if you like a firm bed you will definitely enjoy. I would stay here again if open when I visit. Probably would bring my own sheets since I prefer bamboo/rayon to stay cool at night.

relaxing getaway

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have always enjoyed our visits. This first floor unit is close to the pool, but far enough to not have a lot of noise from the pool area. The patio was great for enjoying morning coffee and watching the rain fall. Walking distance to the beach is always a big plus. The only downfall was the herd of elephants in the unit above us. the next family proved it was possible to not stomp around and cause a lot of noise.
