I would not recommend this property. Front door doesn’t shut Secondary lock on front door brokenHandrail on stairs broken Multiple light switches didn’t work or only work intermittently Vent in laundry room leaks water from the ceilingDishwasher doesn’t workDryer doesn’t workFridge hardly works Our feet were black from the floor within the first few hours of arrival During our stay the power went out, and then flickered for over an hour. I contacted the host company and they said their field team would be in touch within 30 minutes. No one was in touch, so I called back. They again said they would dispatch their field team. After over an hour without power at 9:30 pm, an unannounced, plain clothed man knocked on the door and said “I’m here about the power outage.” The power flicker caused multiple light fixtures to break/ bulb burn out. We stayed the remained of our trip without working light fixtures.

First of all the pros: The house was very clean and well stocked. There were 10 of us and I didn’t feel like we were crowded. The pool was a hit with the kids after a long day at the beach. I really liked the outdoor space setup. The cons: The ceiling fan and light in the room with the queen bed was not working. I contacted the property manager and they sent out an electrician who removed the unit and said he would return the next day but he never showed up, so I contacted the property manager again. They said they would handle it. Nothing happened. The day we left, the room still did not have a light or ceiling fan. Also, if you use the dryer, we had several garments ruined by black streaks.

Alright, Alright, Alright was a perfect beach house for our family vacation. We needed a home with enough bedrooms for three couples and a bedroom for a baby. The house is well decorated and worked great for our family. We enjoyed having the pool to spend time in after we had been at the beach. The bathroom downstairs by the pool is very convenient. The kitchen is very well stocked so it was easy to prepare meals. The dining table was perfect for our group. The living area is comfortable and has plenty of throw pillows and blankets. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The house was clean. The property management provided two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom as well as two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. They also provided plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods. Many rental homes do not provide any extra supplies. I was glad that I brought extra supplies, but was impressed that they provided some extra items. The house is a short drive to the beach – probably less than five minutes. It is also very convenient to a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. I found that if I needed a quick reply to an issue the best way to contact the management was to call the property management company. I did communicate via email prior to the trip and received responses. But if you need something more immediate during your visit, it is probably best to call.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed 4 nights in Feb. House was great. Kids loved the bunk beds and both couples had their own on suite bathrooms. Pool heater was amazing, almost hot tub temperature!

We chose this property for a 50th anniversary family gathering and we were very pleased with how well the management team communicated. From check-in to any questions we had they were extremely prompt and professional. We are already looking into dates for the next gathering and will be looking for properties they manage. Very clean, and the property had everything we needed!

Our group of family & friends sure enjoyed the luxury of having been so close in proximity to just about ever convenience on the island such as the grocery store, CVS, restaurants, and retailers. Not to mention that there’s an even shorter access to the beach right across the street just a block or two away! We had a great golf cart to commute around easily but would’ve been just as easy of a walk as well. The out door shower is was nice to rinse off all of the sand returning from the beach. Grilled some amazing bbq and enjoyed swinging in the breeze on the patio in the evenings. The house was fabulous and fully equipped with everything you can imagine. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and appliances. Bathrooms had sweet extras too. Each bedroom was immaculately made and at the foot of each bed was a lovely welcome tray there to greet us. And the beds were comfortable and the aesthetic was beach house- modern; not at all sterile, but very much resort like with a homelike feeling. I would hands down vacation here in a heart beat! Thanks again for having us!

Great place to stay! Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was decorated so nicely. It had everything you could want! Property manager answered questions very quickly and even came and took the trash out for us.

We loved this property! It was perfect for my family and had all the amenities we needed. My kids loved the bunk room, pool and living area. The front porch and backyard were so inviting and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again! The decor was so inviting and was the perfect setting for a relaxing beach vacation!
