So relaxing

We’ve previously stayed at this particular property and we were so impressed that this second time was even better! Property owners kept up with communication and the booking process was very easy. I highly recommend this perfect location. It was in the heart of shops and dining.

Perfect stay

We didn’t realize how perfect this stay would be based off the photos but actually experiencing the house and pool itself was pretty amazing. Loved the pool and being able to cook was nice too. Definitely will book again.

Perfect Little Place

This home was perfect for our two families that stayed. We had four adults and 2 boys. I loved being so close to town and also a short drive to the beach. The backyard and the pool were a perfect way to end the day. I would stay again.

Great rental with good location

The rental property was as listed. Good location. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool was good to use when returning from beach or just lounging on non beach days. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Port A Getaway

The house and pool were very nice and very clean. Although, the front door needs a good cleaning and the surroundings house are pretty run down. We only use Vrbo because every home has been outfitted like a 4 to 5 star hotel. This home lacked the customary facial tissue, a small packet with cotton balls and Qtips, and a small assortment of hot morning beverages, tea bags and coffee. Overall I rate it 4 stars.

Fantastic, post Christmas getaway

House was immaculately clean upon arrival. Everything inside as stated in ad. Fast internet. Comfortable beds. Washer/dryer. And great kitchen for its size (love the gas stove. Amazing pool, and that’s only point of interest. If pool was heated, would have been cherry on top. 9.5/10 M.S.

Will be back

Great place to stay, we will def be back. Property was very clean and having the pool made hot afternoons bearable. Had everything we needed and more. Nice and quiet and AC was awesome. One item of feedback would be that the sliding glass door leading to back yard and pool was really hard to ooen and close so maybe some WD 40 would help. And a small rug at front door would help for sand control. But overall its was awesome and we will def use again. Great central location as well.

Great stay for the 2nd time!

We stayed at this property for the 2nd year in a row and enjoyed it just as much as we did the 1st year. The location is perfect distance from everything, everything was clean and comfortable and the pool is the perfect bonus.

Perfection!

This house is beautiful! So incredibly clean and homey. Great floor plan that gave us both plenty of open space to be together as well as two masters to retreat to when you need a break. Although the kitchen is small, it is well stocked and worked really well, actually. The appliances are high end, as well as all of the finishes in the home. Location was amazing! Sand Key Realty was great to work with. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice little house

We had a nice stay at this property. The house was exactly as we expected and perfect for 2 couples. Any more than 4 people would have been tight. The backyard and pool were nice except for the grill. It was filthy so I sent a message to the property manager and they immediately sent someone out to clean it. Unfortunately it still was unusable. The grill really needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Brothers Vacation

My brother & I were absolutely thrilled with this property and the best part was both our wives agreed! The property was true to the photos and listed amenities, and the layout was perfect for two couples! The one thing that would've made this over the top is if the pool was heated (didn't stop me or my brother), it was a little cold for the ladies. We're already talking about going to Port-A again next year and we would definitely book this property again!

Excellent property, Highly Recommend

Beautiful property and very clean. Recommend more towels to be available and chairs for outside table. Stove was making periodic popping sounds but other than that, no complaints. It was excellent! I would love to rebook later.

Beach house rental

The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The private pool and back patio is great for small family. Wish the beds were kings instead of queens, and we had a little issue with fridge first night but manager of property can by within 30min of calling about issue. The AC works awesome aswell. Loved the shower and water pressure. Overall great experience, recommended. Loved the little house wish I could take it home.

Very clean and new dwelling..nice size pool large bedrooms and nice bathrooms We never could find how to turn pool lights on at night ... and just bring towels for the kitchen there was none Otherwise we give it a 5 STAR
