Clean Place But Lightly stocked and Hard to Sleep

Condo was very clean. Bed not very comfortable and noise from neighbors walking on floor above was very frustrating. Coffe Pot carafe was broken but I didn't notice until an entire pot of coffee split on counter to be cleaned up. Sliding glass door very hard to open and close the the point where I rarely used it in fear of breaking it. That took a lot away from the condo. Kitchen sparsely furnished. Overall I just wasn't impressed and lost a lot of sleep due to neighbors on 3rd floor walking.

Convenient and comfortable

As I told management company, there are some maintainence and cleaning issues that should be addressed, but it is convenient for stores and restaurants. Even though it was windy, it was nice to sit on balcony. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Issues

The trash was full. No trash bags. 1/2 roll toilet paper for 5 day stay. Back door would not open. Air conditioner did not work. Place was dirty. Person I texted with basically said do you think you can take care of the toilet paper yourself? We stay on the island at least three times a year and will never ever stay at this property again very disappointing and overpriced for what we had to put up with.

Nice Location But Unit Has Issues

There was no power to a third of our unit. This meant no working overhead lights or fans in master bathroom, master bedroom, entry hallway, or living room. Had to take showers during the daylight or use hall bathroom at night if we wanted to see. Vacasa customer service was accessible via text but was clearly outsourced and not local. They couldn’t give me estimates on when power would be restored and it never was. Each time I contacted them I was talking with a different person who didn't seem to have a record of all our previous messages. Unit has the issues others have mentioned: loud upstairs neighbors, super creaky loud beds, firm to the point of uncomfortable beds, and an incredibly hard to open balcony sliding door. Construction crews got started early each day right outside unit so don’t expect to sleep in (even on weekends). There is a nice view from balcony of the waterway. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away. We liked the location but won't be staying at this property or with Vacasa again.

Great location

This was a nice condo in a great location. The parking was easy and plentiful. The view of the canal from The balcony is so pretty. The previous reviews were spot on. The beds were a little creaky, the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were moving their furniture every day/night, and the sofa and pillows could stand to be replaced or deep cleaned. One more trash bag would have been helpful, hand soap for the bathrooms would be nice, and the container in the laundry room with “complimentary detergent” was empty but those are just little inconveniences. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others.

1st Annual Sister Trip!

The condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The mattresses were pretty squeaky when trying to get in/out of bed. The above neighbors sounded like they were rearranging their furniture from about 9:30-12 each night, but other than that, it was a quiet spot! Great location, about 25 minutes to Port Aransas beach. The only downside is that the couch has been loved on quite a lot and looks grimy and dated. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Fishing trip relaxing beach get away!

This condo is a perfect get away for two!! We enjoyed the bay water views from the living space area and liked the open space area!! Truly enjoyed the morning coffee on the patio!! This area is very quiet which is a nice break from the beach!! Very relaxing!! However I would suggest doing an upgrade for the furniture!!

Great spot!

I wanted to find something close to the beach for our family Spring Break vacation - this spot was great! Plenty of room and great options to be able to make a few dinners instead of eating out the whole time. Really clean and easy to get around to different beaches and within 30 minutes to the Lexington and Aquarium. Would definitely recommend for other families!
