The perfect getaway!

This is our 4th time staying at this condo and we love it every time. It’s always very clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked which is a bonus. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Great stay. We went for Memorial Day weekend. Condo was perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. Book chairs and cart early for that weekend. We will be back.

Great for large family.

Love how the master room is maximized in beds. 2 kings plus a bunk bed. Space is bigger in person. Our family had a great time. Booked with my in-laws. Everyone slept comfortably. Close to gym and smaller pool. Reached out on a few broken items and poor cleaning conditions but never heard back. We probably won’t book this specific condo again but would recommend to others. Great stocked kitchen. We will continue to return to Palmilla as it is one of our favorite stays in the island. Other than bookdocking.

Best Vacation Rental!

Family Tides exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and more, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and spacious for our group. The kids loved the bunk beds and the books. We loved our stay here and will be back!!

Paradise

By far the best condo we’ve stayed at in Port A. The decor is beautiful, kitchen is STOCKED, and it’s spacious. The front bedroom allows some privacy if needed. The large master with 2 king beds and a bunk bed was perfect for our family. The kids love the bunk beds and the books sitting on the shelves. The balcony is great when having your morning coffee or eating lunch in between beach and pool time. We will definitely be back to Family Tides!

Whether you’re wanting a family get-away or a ladies holiday, this is the perfect place for you. From the beautiful layout of the condo to the amazing patio, you’ll be relaxing all weekend long. We were so fortunate to spend three nights and four days at the condo…filled with laughter and good times. The beds were luxurious and the light streaming through all the windows made everyone feel comfy and cozy when a cold front blew through. All our needs were meet in this gorgeous condo. Book now for an amazing time.

Mini Family Vacay

The condo was perfect! It had plenty of space for 8. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies and most importantly A/C worked great! There is a huge patio for relaxing and having a few cocktails and a large dining table to have dinner and have family game night! Condo had smart TV with Spectrum cable and of course WIFI worked Great! No problems we will definitely be back again! Close to pool, restaurants on site, beach and gas station!

Gorgeous Vacation Rental

The condo was absolutely beautiful. They thought of it all. Plenty of space inside and outside on the spacious balcony. Washer, dryer and every cooking appliance you could ever need is available here. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and safe. Quick access to the beach and dining options. The communication was spectacular. I was well prepared for what to expect. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Good location. Great space!

Lovely property and thoroughly clean and nicely appropriated. Our party of three had an abundance of space to spread out both inside and on the condo’s second level patio. We also took advantage of the on-site golf course. It was a well designed 9+3 layout that was both challenging, as well as enjoyable. The property management company was responsive and quickly addressed our questions. We were very fortunate not to have any sort of issues or maintenance needs during our stay. The only item I might pass along, is that the condo is part of a large complex that is undergoing several construction projects. Most the time this did not disturb us, but it was a significant component of our physical surroundings. Our short walk to the boardwalk that led to the beach took us by several construction sites. However, once on the beach, we left it far behind us and soaked up the beauty of the sand and surf.

Really great place with some first world issues

First of all the Palmilla resort area in general is beautiful. The pools are great, beach area is wonderful, and the restaurants were fantastic. Pros: This condo in particular was really spacious and was well stocked extras kitchen/ bathroom wise (pots, pans, keurig, sandwhich bags, shampoo, towels, etc. ). It was very clean upon arrival from what we could tell. The patio is GORGEOUS. Huge and so nice to sit out at night. It is a second floor unit but there’s an elevator and stairs and it was not hard to get to. Guest services was really responsive. We were missing beach towels when we arrived and they had them delivered fairly quickly. They were also quick to answer questions. The sleeping areas are really great! Two king beds and a bunk bed in one bedroom made it so super easy to sleep with our littles in various arrangements. Cons: upon arrival the WiFi immediately didn’t work. We asked guest services and were instructed to basically connect to the WiFi for unit above us which was ok, except at night when everyone was connected and so all the devices including the TV had trouble working. Neither of the TVs in the bedrooms would work. The bedroom with two beds we couldn’t find the correct remote to work the Roku (we tried them all and none seemed to work). The TV in the other room wouldn’t connect to the wifi for the other unit and so it also wouldn’t work. The condo is a hike from the beach access point. That’s obviously not something they can control more just something to be aware of. especially with littles, you are not walking it. Lastly we did end up finding two dead cockroaches and one alive one on our last night stay which sort of churned everyone stomach and just wasn’t the best note to end on. Overall I really wanted to love this condo because it is quite lovely and spacious and very well stocked, but if I have to be honest I probably wouldn’t book this unit again specifically but would book again with Vacasa/ Palmilla in general.

Family tides felt like home. The condo is on the second floor, but no worries no stairs needed to get to it. They have an elevator for easy access to anyone. The inside is so spacious and extremely clean they provide anything and everything you can think of that you might need; beach towels, kitchen utensils, toiletries, and games. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and the community amenities are great! My only complaint is that you’ll miss it once you’re vacation is over.

Girls Beach Getaway!

Beautiful, comfortable condo. My family had a wonderful time. Decor and everything in it was very up to date. Very clean. Was surprised how well furnished it is with everything we needed and more. Golf cart rental was convenient and easy access to beach. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect vacay

We loved this beautifully decorated, spacious condo. Close to the pool and beach. 3 king beds made for comfortable sleeping for everyone! The full kitchen had all the necessities. The balcony was a relaxing place to sip morning coffee. We loved the amenities at Palmilla Beach. The workout room was phenomenal! The only issue we had was the lock ran out of batteries. The issue was quickly fixed and within minutes we were back to enjoying the condo. Next time we’ll stay longer!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing experience at this home. It had all the necessary cooking items and dinnerware. The porch was huge and had plenty of seating. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and beautiful. And the furnishings were beach-beautiful. It was a great home that I would recommend to anyone!

Relaxing and Cozy

Great stay. This was our second time to this complex. Love that the beach is close and also a great pool. The unit was very clean and up to date! We had a small issue with light but was corrected within the hour. Would highly recommend.
