Spacious and convenient!

We stayed here with our kids and dog. It was not our first time at El Constante as we have visited many times over the years. The unit is very spacious, so there is plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. We were able to cook in the full kitchen to save a bit of cash and there is a nice small grocery store very close so we didn't even have to pack a cooler to haul down with us. You just walk right out down to the beach, which is so convenient! You can come and go so easily which is a huge plus. The pool is large and uniquely designed with little coves so it didn't feel too crowded. There are only al few units with a straight full on view of the beach and this is not one of them, but the cost savings for a decent partial view was worth it! We'll be back for sure!

Nice little get away for the weekend

The location was nice and very close to the beach. The condo was great. Upstairs got a little warm so we had to turn the ac down a few degrees and keep the fans on. The only thing i would change is to give the info out the morning of the first day of check in. It was a little nerve wrecking not knowing where i was going until 1 hour before i was able to check in. Especially after flying from out of state all day. At least give the address and let the members know that they cannot check in until after that time(4pm) and no sooner.

Padre vacation

Property was awesome. Walking distance to the beach. Location of this property was near restaurants and golf cart rentals. We definitely recommend booking with Padre escapes.

Family Vaca

Condo was very clean & close to the beach. I was even able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The only problems we did have were that the washer & dryer didn’t work (one is not advertised on the website, but there is a stackable in the actual unit). The dryer had a sign on it that it was broken, so we figured we could wash our clothes and hang dry them but found out after we put detergent on them that the washer was also broken. The front desk gave us quarters for their laundromat, so that made up for it. There are a lot of broken floor tiles in the unit as well, however, the unit was very clean & spacious, and the beach was literally steps away.

Good Location

Overall it was an average stay. The tile floors had cracks in them. The stove wasn’t the best. Worst part was numerous guests that chose to smoke weed on the balconies and around the pool. It’s definitely peoples choice. I would just rather my 9 year old be around it.

Beach Trip

The townhouse was older than expected and the floors felt sandy from the start. The dryer was out of order, so we had the option of bringing our dirty towels to the office to be replaced, but we weren’t able to wash any of our own clothes since there was no dryer. However, the location was excellent. A walk to the beach.

Location is great; attention to detail is needed

The location is amazing; and the women attending the location are amazing! The pool is nice; but no shade for those who are not in the pool. I am not really sure if all of the apartments are old or renovated; but I was really disappointed in the upkeep of ours; we paid a lot of money and I could not relax , because I had this overall feeling of everything being dirty; had to be constantly on watch with kids about tiles in kitchen floor that are broken. The sofas were sandy/grainy when we sat on them. I do wash our swimwear and towels and the Dryer was not working; so do not recall seeing a notice on this. I would return to this location; but I would probably take a closer look at the details of the apartment/condo. This condo has carpeting, and I don't think it is best idea in a beach town to have carpeting. I think this apartment/condo has all the potential to have happy guests if a little TLC was done to it.

Great location

We are glad this was not our first time at El Constante because the unit was in disrepair and not the level of cleanliness we've had at two previous stays. The on site property management team sent clean drinking glasses for our stay. The oven was warm but powered off when we arrived. The kitchen sink backed up twice. I think this is unique to this unit. We will stay in this condo complex again just not this unit

Overall a very good experience

Just a few steps away from the beach this location is awesome, you can spend time at the beach or at the pool, we brought our own food and groceries to cook, this place has a full equipped kitchen Definitely going back next year to another well deserved vacation
