Beach to Bay Stay

We really liked the location the the beach and the cleanliness of the unit. There was a lil issue witht he lights flickerering when the washer/dryer and lights were on at the same time that didnt get resolved but overall liked the place. .

Beach Club Condo's are Great, Vacasa is not!!

I have stayed at several Beach Club Condo's through VRBO over the past 10 years. The property is great and the units have always been very clean and in great shape. They have been privately owned hosts that have been great at communication. This particular property is owned or managed by a company called Vacasa. The unit had maintenance problems and roaches. My teenage son said it took the "luxury" out of our stay and I agree. The communication was horrible. The "host" did not respond to my messages until we were already gone 4 days later. Lesson learned, do not book Vacasa owned/operated property. Go with a private owned host/unit.

Great Location on N. Padre

We love staying at the Beach Club condos when we’re on the island. This unit was great…first floor and convenient for our pups. It could use some freshening up and maybe a mattress topper on the beds, but it worked well for our situation.

Beautifully Decorated

The condo was well taken care of and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the location to the beach was great. My only complaint was that there was zero toilet paper in either bathroom. That was probably an error on the housekeepers part. We will be booking this condo when we return in the spring.

Whitecap beach

Everything was excellent. Only thing that went wrong was when we made a pot of coffee and lifted the pot off the maker the bottom lower side just broke off and coffee went everywhere. The pot must of had a hairline crack and broke when it heated up. Other than that everything was perfect.

Beach Stay

A couple of things needed attention but overall, very clean. And loacation is great. Only issue, and it is a known one, is that the stickers are overwhelming and this is supposed to be a pet friendly place. Certainly it is possible to keep at least an atea free of stickets.

Wonderful place AND location!

This property was a perfect location for EVERYTHING! First floor so convenient in and out. Grill and picnic table right across from the kitchen window. Rinse station with water hose and all a few steps past the grill. Salt water fishing spots out the back window, across a street, but quiet and close. There are also fishing spots on the property as well. The only negative things I have to say is 1. The weight room is closed for construction. My older son was really looking forward to that, but it wouldn't have been a deal breaker. And 2. There are a TON of stickers in the grass here. Those were horrible and hopefully will be treated at some point. Our poor dog helped make that discovery. We had to pull stickers from her paws before coming inside everytime, as well as from the kids. I did find that walking across the street behind the property had no stickers so I started walking my dog over there and was able to minimize the stickers just from the walk on and off the property. Other than that everything else was wonderful!

Beautiful and tasteful

We enjoyed this condo that was beautifully decorated with nice art -no kitchy beach condo decor from the 70’s. It was comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunrises but does face street. Mornings quiet but weekend traffic a bit loud. Beach is a bit of a walk but too far to walk with gear. More suited for drive and park.
