Wonderful stay and great location

This apartment was extremely clean and cozy! It was the perfect location and close to the Fulton Mansion, HEB, and many restaurants. It was quiet at night and we had no issues at all.

Cute 3 bdrm condo, easy check in, clean, had everything we needed. Nice bay view. Very quiet and peaceful community. Close by to beach and eateries! We loved our stay and would stay there again.

Fun place to stay!

House was a perfect fit for our family. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the dock and the pool. House was pretty clean, but would recommend having slippers or house shoes. We didn’t cook here, but did make coffee. There are both Keurig & regular coffee pot options. The kitchen seems to be stocked pretty well for all your cooking needs, but we wanted to eat out for our family vacation. The little complimentary soaps/shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags was a kind touch to help get our trip started. It was also a great proximity to everything you need, H‑E‑B, restaurants, the beach, & shopping. We definitely recommend staying here & will be back again.

Nice place

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great too! For others wanting to book, this 3-bedroom condo is on 2nd floor, and don’t think this was included in the description. That wouldn’t have mattered to us and we would bill again! Only areas to improve: dock access and checkout time (11am instead of 10am) since after summer season.

Pleasant and Relaxing break

Nice and clean vacation home (unit). Easy to find. Prompt notifications and easy access. Visited with my family for our sons 24th birthday. We loved the home and it’s location. It was our first time to Rockport and enjoyed the easy and friendly vibe!

This condo is well decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 of us and it was nice to each have our own room. All linens were provided as was soap, shampoo and conditioner. Instructions for check-in and checkout were clear. It was great to have the Vacasa towels for the beach. HEB, the beach, Fulton Mansion and the tourist shopping/dining area were a short drive away.

Might stay again if there was a dock for our kayak and if the host responded to our inquiry

The condo was clean and comfortable, but it was one of the few condo's that did not have an assigned pier to dock a boat or kayak on or fish from. The pictures in the listing made it look like there would be a pier to dock our kayak on during our trip. A great kayak location was not the only reason we booked the condo, it's location was ideal for our trip and the condo looked very pleasant. I messaged the host 7 days before our trip to confirm there would be a pier to set our kayak on so that we could decide if we wanted to bring it or not. The host never responded. If having our kayak was a deal breaker for us, I would not have booked the condo before confirming kayak storage/docking. However, I feel that given the picture showing the piers, the listing should specify a boat dock is not available. My biggest disappointment is the lack of communication from the host. A week should be adequate time to reply. This is the biggest reason why I would probably not book with this host again.

Cute and Clean but lots of broken items such as doors, chairs, etc.

When we first arrived to the property, we were a little taken back by the lack of greenery. Our initial thought was it had a desert feel to it, but we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the condo how different it looked to the property from the outside. The inside of the condo was very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated. But, there were a lot of broken items including the close door in the first bedroom with the bunkbeds, the thin cabinet door by the dishwasher, the bathtub spout in the first bathroom was very loose, all the stools and the chairs in the kitchen were loose. I would say all the items mentioned with the exception of the stools and chairs didn't impact our say negatively but we were concerned with being blamed for the issues since we were not made aware of them prior to our stay. Overall, the condo is very much so worth it. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the overall location was convenient as it's near the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. My only recommendation the broken items need to be fixed or communicated to the renter beforehand.

Spring Break Fishing
