Peggy was the perfect host. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Her honw had everything we could possibly need including two recliners! There are not many rentals that have those but it made our stay so much more comfortable.

We picked this property due to it being close to the beach. It was very cute and clean. The grounds were very clean as well. We used the pool once and it was a very nice area. The property owner is very sweet amd takes amazing care of her condo. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we go back to the coast.

Perfect Family Beach House!

We had a really nice stay at this VRBO. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. The view of the pond from the property was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed spotting a heron there most mornings.The place itself is cozy and came with everything we needed—cookware, towels, and a good-sized walk-in closet that made it easy to keep our stuff organized. The pool and workout room were nice perks, and having a parking spot right by the entrance made loading and unloading the car a breeze. Peggy, the owner, was friendly and very quick to help with any questions we had. She really thought through and anticipated everything we would need, which was very much appreciated!Our daughters slept on the pull-out couch and said it was comfy enough, and we found our bed and room comfortable too. Overall, it was a solid spot for our family trip, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Super Clean and Well Appointed 1 BR Near Whitecap Beach

Very nice end unit on lower floor. Very well appointed, and clean. This was our 3rd VRBO rental in the Beach Club complex and by far our favorite. Owner/hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. All lower units will come with a little noise from the floor above, but this one more than makes up for it with its unique location looking out over a large greenbelt area with nothing between you and the sand dunes. Overall very nice property that we will add to our favorites list!

Always a great stay!

We have stayed at this condo many times and it’s always great. We did have an incident where someone parked in our assigned spot and Peggy answered my questions with n what to do quickly and the person moved their vehicle quickly. The room overlooks the pond which is always fun getting to watch fish jump. This rental is perfect for a family of four. We will be back!

Very nice condo. Management was A. I was disappointed that the iron had something on the bottom and I had to buy a new one. The bed was very uncomfortable (it felt like a crib mattress). Other than the few things listed, I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Always awesome!

We found this hidden gem during 2020 as we wanted to find a condo close to the beach to where we could walk if we needed to and we have been coming back ever since. I think we have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times and Peggy never disappoints. The condo is always clean and stocked with items we need. Has a great view of pond and very close to the pool. Will always recommend this condo!

Beautiful Beachy Stay

Me and my Husband had a awesome time Staying at Just Beachy Condo. Peggy i want to Thank you so much for such a beautiful, clean and comfortable home away from home and omg the bed so comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful views of pond. A 4 min walk to the beach was awesome everything we needed around the area was so convenient you did not have to travel far at all. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub so much fun. We definetly will be back again Thankyou again for responding bk to us so quickly when we needed to ask any questions. You are a Gracious Host and Very Sweet thankyou for the late check out we did not want to leave lol. From the Mr and Mrs Hopkins see you soon again!!

Nice condo. Perfect for two people.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a good location, close to stores, beach and restaurants. It was clean and had most everything we needed. I liked that it was on the first floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Best location in the complex

We liked everything about the condo, it was quiet, view from the balcony was wonderful and first floor made it easy to get in and out (especially with kids). The inside was nicely decorated, had all the nessesary items and more (extra sheets, plenty of towels and even beach towels). The unit was tidy and clean Communication with the owner was very easy. We really liked everything about this condo and will come again when we can! We were the family of 5 with two older kids and an infant - when we originally booked the place, our infant wasn't born yet. The owner allowed us to reschedule our stay last minute because of some unexpected conflict, so we are extremely thankful for her flexibility! The condo is perfect for family of 4 or fewer people, but it worked out with an infant too. Highly recommend it!

Padre Island getaway

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

Nice place to stay for a short getaway

The condo was mostly clean and well stocked. Had one stain in the bathtub, but overall was clean. I've stayed at different units in Beach Club and this was one of the best. The ice maker worked and most dont work.
