Rental was very kid-friendly for my littles & the bedroom stayed pretty dark with the shades shut which was awesome. This property is nice and very clean. Great location close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. The only down side was the bedroom was hot and never cooled even with ceiling fan and air conditioner running. The sofa sleeper is in need of a new matress!

Amazing location!

The location of this condo is absolutely the highlight! Right on the beach and away from all the extra traffic and crowds. Pretty close to the Jetty too which was a nice walk. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. I even seen a cork screw. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the pillows were also pretty good. I will note the pull out bed in the couch was awful! Fortunately, we seen this in another review so we brought a mattress topper that made it perfect. Otherwise, it's just fabric and springs. There was also only 4 towels so keep that in mind. Our family of four found the whole space comfortable, the pool was nice and there was a hot tub! Plus there are plenty of food options near by. We would absolutely stay again.

Having previously stayed here I gave them a call and booked everything within minutes. The condo was so nice, everything looked just like the pictures. We loved being so close to the beach and a short drive from everything. Staff and other guests were very friendly. We drove down specifically for the Sea Turtle hatchling release, it was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is big enough for two adults and two teens. This is the first time we stay on this side of the constante complex and we like it. You can park in front the unit and loading and unloading is very easy. Access to the beach is also very easy. The only complex is the door key. It was very difficult to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that, we had a great time.

This is exactly what I was looking for and what we wanted. It was a very short walk to the beach. We were cozy and safe and everyone on the property was incredibly friendly. The condo is very very cute. My only suggestion is to clean/upgrade the bathroom shower handles and shower head. These are minor but definitely showed age and that they are hard to keep clean, I felt incredibly safe the whole time which was very important. El Constante staff was very communicative and helpful when I had to make changes and I had to actually make a few on this. They were accommodating and fixed things right away. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beach Getaway

The property was great! At this time of year, mostly snow birds from the northern states. The weather wasn't the greatest but the pool and hot tub made it better since heated and warm. The last night of our stay, there were people above us that must have been moving ALL of the furniture All Night. I don't know what they were doing, but obviously had no regard for the lower units. Had nothing to do with the unit but a caution for ground floor rentals.

However having a delay to get in the door because the code wasn’t working. Even the security guard came to assist. Took us almost an HOUR to get in at midnight! The Sofa bed was broken so couldn’t use it. We’ve stayed here before and won’t let this one time ruin our future visits.

Reviewer Comments: Well when we arrived the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor behind the toilet and behind bathroom door dishes were dirty had to soak them to get all the stuck food off them the threshold at the door needed to be replaced it fell out I pushed it back in place reported it the maintenance man came out with glue what a joke needless to say that didn't work said boss man was not going to replace it so I got some cardboard to cram underneath it to block some of the sand coming in but still had to sweep floor 3 to 4 times a day because of the sand I've been coming here for years seems to be getting worse every year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First night was horrible no electricity,mold in the room, requested another room and there was none. With the help of a HOA inspector the next day we got another room with power. Ask for a discount for that day which they finally did and said they would give us another one when we come back for another visit. The management needs to improve. People were partying by the pool till 1am no security. I don’t know if I will go back.
