This is a studio not a 1 bedroom. It is not on the beach.

When I booked this stay, I filtered for a 1 bedroom with a King bed. When we arrived we found it to be a studio with a King. The bed and living room are collocated in the same room no seperation. Maria did have another unit, a 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. We took that. This other unit was not quite ready for guests . She also let us use the gym of the studio, although they are a mile apart. While I appreciate Maria's effort to resolve this situation , honesty with regards to the original unit would have been better for all. Maria's response time was very quick and her support staff was very helpful. I can say that if you are looking for a studio, the original unit is attractive, clean and we enjoyed using the gym.

Perfect Quaint Stay

This property was perfect for a short getaway with my sister. With just a 5 minute walk to Whitecap beach, we were able to relax and return to the condo as needed. The club amenities were great too. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We love this place

This is our second year to stay at this adorable condo and once again it was great! It's close to Whitecap Beach where you can see the baby sea turtles as well as convenient to places to eat and enjoy an adult beverage if you so choose. We will definitely be back again next year😁

Restful walk up

Great location. Walk to the beach, just blocks to the grocery store and gas. Easy access to Corpus or Port A. Our 3rd floor studio cottage was quiet and had nice view: perfect for the two of us. Exactly what we needed for our first visit to the area. We will certainly return.

I loved staying here! The location was great because I could walk a block to the beach and to the store and restaurants are just a minute or two away. I was also able to go for a run and the gym was nice, too! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The best 4th the July stay.

These apartments studios are the best. Super clean, quiet and good quality guest. You see the the groundskeeper picking up the tiniest paper with no hesitation. I love have the place have some condiments and suntan lotion from previous guest that really help out.

Great Place to Stay

We spent a long weekend in this adorable little condo. It is located close to Whitecap Beach, home of the baby sea turtles, and several restaurants. The size of this condo was just perfect for my husband and I. The complex was very quiet and the reserved parking space was nice perk. Check in and check out were very easy and went smoothly. I will definitely save this for a future trip to Corpus Christi.

Location

The location of the property is easy to find. Easy check in and easy access to the beach. The only complaint i had was that it was 82⁰ when we got inside and it took awhile to cool down after adjusting the thermostat. Orherwise it's a no frills space with everything needed to stay comfortably.

Great Stay

Very Nice accommodations. Loved the location. walking distance of beach. The only issue was the Connectivity to internet & TV. (#392) which was not a deal breaker for me, since we were there to celebrate hubby's birthday, which we enjoyed.
