The Saltwater Hippie LP2 is located in the beautiful community of Las Palmeras is your very own tropical oasis! It is close to the beach, within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 primary suites. Step outside and you will find a large covered patio and a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen and living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom and bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom and bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time! There is parking for 2 standard size vehicles. No garage parking available. Boats, trailers, and street parking is not allowed per the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
- We do not accept Klarna payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
