I would give the condos we stayed at a 3.5 star rating. They are in need of repairs on the outside and inside is pretty nice but also could use some repairs, around the front door, bedroom door and window sills. There is a slope in the flooring It’s like things were not leve. The condo was very clean and the bed was the bathroom was also very clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer that worked great in the unit. The pool was also very clean the whole time we were there. The only other minor issue was that I paid for late checkout and had both the cleaning ladies come at 10 and then the property manager at 12 wondering why we hadn’t checked out yet. They were both very friendly and understanding once they realized that we had paid for the extra time.

The condo was clean. The location was great and very close to the beach. The one complaint that we had was there wasn't much cooking gear, especially pots or pans. Several of the pots or pans they did have were rusted and unusable.

Weekend getaway

My family of 4 had plenty of room, and found the unit to be clean. We did encounter a few issues which included having trouble with the entry door lock, the shower knobs, the kitchen sink dripped, and there was an issue with the dryer. The location was great, and the pool, hot tub, and gym were very nice. None of the issues we encountered would keep us from staying here again.

Perfect spot for quick getaway!!!

This property was super clean, in perfect size for a couple to spend a few days down at the beach! Everything was close by food or groceries, in corpus was a short 20 minute drive. I could've booked a hotel for a night, but it would've cost me just as much as this room, almost not nearly as nice of the state.

Suggestions for improvement. 1. Front door lock is a mjor undertaking, a real hassle. 2. When you send the checkout notice please include the lockbox code. 3. Please put a smaller dresser in the bedroom for more comfortable moving about. 4. There's no way to keep the windows open.Thank you for all the tiwels, comfy bed and coixh. Oh the sink faucet has a leak

Very clean but needed maintenance.

The place was very clean. It needs a lot of maintence. The shower head needed to be replaced while we were there. The tv electronics had a loud annoying buzz. The kitchen sink faucet needs work.

Needed Vacation

My bf and I took this trip to just kind of get away from reality for a bit, he wanted to fish and I wanted to swim. Everything was perfect, close walk to the beach. My dog didn’t like the sticker grass as much but we made it work. It also was a bit disappointing that our key card wouldn’t work for the pool and that was a main reason for staying somewhere that had a pool. We were able to swim but only for a day or so, b/c the gate was messed up and it opened on its own, otherwise we had no access to the amenities. I would stay again but definitely make sure we have the access to everything

Great Beach Condo

Great condo that has everything you need for a stay at the beach. The location is great because it is a short walk or drive to the beach. The condo has a washer and dryer to keep things clean. The overall space is very clean and taken care of. The only two downsides were that the pool key did not work and the shower head makes a whining noise when running. Otherwise, great price and value for a beach stay!

Beautiful Room with a view

My husband and I celebrated his admissions into a master’s program! We absolutely LOVED the room. It was super clean and everything you would need to cook was accessible. The decor was absolutely awesome and really, truly eases you into beach mode. The beach is a few short minutes walk away and it was so nice. The balcony holds the perfect breakfast spot. It’s really beautiful. This is absolutely not the owners fault, but because of the humidity, the floor was sticky. Can’t help that when you go to the beach during humidity season! Only bad thing is that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have trouble with stairs because of an illness, but again, not their fault. I should have said something. Overall, the management was super helpful & available. They made sure we had everything, and were ever so friendly. 😊 We will definitely be renting from this company again, though hopefully next time we can get a ground floor room! It was such a pleasure and so relaxing! Thank you so much!

Great location!

Love vacationing at NPI and staying at the Beach Club makes it even better! Less than a two minute walk to the beach and this unit was super clean, was located on the third floor so the views were nice too.

Nice Stay

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and whoever stocked the kitchen with cookware did a good job. There are some renovations going on in the hallways/stairwells. It was very moldy and it did smell a little. I have bad allergies. It wasn't enough to bother my allergies but it bothered my boyfriend. There was not a hairdryer and some things need some maintenance. The toilet kept running and was wobbling. We were able to fix the water running but the insides really need to be replaced and it needs a new wax ring. Overall, it was a nice stay for the price.

Nice but some issues

This is a great location. Close to the beach, easy to get to, and clean. There are several minor to medium issues that need attention and I think fixable. If they were fixed this would be a 4.5 star stay overall. Porch door won’t close properly, blinds covering the main room window are broken, porch railing stanchion is split about halfway down exposing all the bolts. Water leak appearing on the floor to the right of the clothes dryer, bed not triple sheeted as stated in listing, smell of mildew/standing water throughout, cutlery drawer will not open without forcing.
