Cute place but Cleanliness is an issue, kitchen rug is stained, gross and dirty, lots of cobwebs, floors make your feet dirty, TV remotes don’t work in living room and TV in guest room is a small computer monitor. Pool was freezing but luckily others present at the same time were mad and complained so it heated up on our 3rd day (bummer since it was one of main reasons we stayed there) Coffee maker doesn’t work after I bought coffee and creamer, also said there was detergent for washing machine, there wasn’t so had to go back to the store. Roaches in kitchen cabinets so back to the store for paper plates and plastic silverware. Patio covered in leaves and dirt. Overall disappointing unfortunately.

Had a great time enjoying the beach, pool, and the food the condo was a great place to relax after a full day enjoying the surrounding things to do there. This is my second time at this condo and will difinatly be back.

Very nicely decorated. Clean. Room was kept very cool. Once we actually received the key to the pool it was very nicely kept and relaxing. The door was left unlocked wherever we left as the door did not work properly. This was very upsetting for me and my family. So our belongings were not secure

Poolside Bungalow

We had a bit of a struggle getting into the property but Kathryn was quick to respond and help. We were steps from the huge pool, 2 min drive from the grocery and 5 min drive to the beach. Great location. Comfortable beds and a porch deck couch to relax on. Perfect weekend with lots of summer flowers!

Great vacation

I was really worried as i had booked a condo with Vrbo but the owner had to cancel because of an unexpected water leak. I immediately got on the website and found a replacement. Vrbo had a condo about the same price and i got it It was great spot very comfortable and was access able to the beach restaurants and food stores .just got back and had a wonderful time/ i will definitely use Vrbo again.Thanks

Great condo with responsive host

Beautiful property a few blocks away from Whitecap beach with several restaurants and stores closeby. The property had a gorgeous pool that was great for both kids and adults. The host communicated well and responded quickly to questions/ issues. Will look to book again in the future.

Our Annual Stay at the Beach

We have been going to North Padre every summer for years. This condo was very attractive and extremely clean. It had a beautiful pool right outside our door. Kathryn, the property manager replied to any question immediately. It was a quick drive down Whitecap to the beach. We would love to stay there again.

Lovely Home

Home was beautifully decorated and loved the paintings on the walls. Has everything you need for your stay. We were surprised how quite it was for a housing complex and specially right next to the Pool. When you get inside, you do not hear much of what is going outside. Host Kathryn was very nice and was ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. Also, it is quite close to stores, gas stations, beaches and etc... Definitely we recommend this place.

Convenient to beach

We had a few issues with cleanliness of linens and a few other things. Tried to get resolved but to no avail. Host was very responsive throughout our stay, then just stopped answering my emails in a timely manner after we checked out.
