Very impressed with the property. VERY comfortable. AND the gift bag FULL of snacks! Most important (to me) the PROVIDED K cups - and DARK roast available! We had a bit of a problem getting the door/keypad to work - but that was resolved. The Corpus salty humid air always wrecks havoc with any type of metal - even keypads and door knobs. I am confident that this has probably already been fixed. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds and the coffee pot wasn't clean - but hey, I didn't sleep under the bed and I can clean a coffee pot. There was just a small amount of residual in the pot - NOT gross moldy old coffee. We had a lovely stay - and will definitely stay here again.

Roomy and well equipped town home

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this townhome for a 5 day beach vacation. Little extras that I appreciated were laundry detergent for the washer/dryer, PLENTY of towels and beach towels, water accessories in the hall closet, and a hose attachment right outside the front door that allowed for us to rinse our beach gear and prevent sand from getting inside. Cleanliness was good, beds comfortable. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful condo

The condo was amazing! Plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was easy to access by car or golf cart. We rented carts and were able to drive them to and from the condo. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Early Fall Getaway

Our stay on Padre Island was wonderful. The condo was as listed on VRBO and upon entry, we were greeted with a wonderful bag of goodies. The unit was very comfortable for my family of three, everyone had their own bedroom and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking up a wonderful meal. This condo is located close to many area attractions and it is just a short distance from HEB Plus and area attractions located in Corpus Christi. We look forward to another visit soon.

Beautiful place, great location!

We had 6 adults and 2 children (age 2 and 2.5). The bedrooms had plenty of room for the adults and kids pac n plays to sleep in (the room with the full bed was on the smaller side but not overly cramped). We had room to spread out without feeling cramped and on top of each other. The space was very clean, beds and pillows were cozy, plenty of soft towels available for everyone, close to the beach and restaurants, and the hostess was very sweet accommodating when we had to reschedule last minute. Highly recommend this location for a getaway!

Quiet getaway

It was Labor Day weekend and quiet among the premise of the condo, considering the holiday I guess it would be busier. Anyway the condo amenities, space and the ambiance made us feel like no worries it’s time to relax and just take a load off. All the essentials for cooking were plenty however we ate out. Beds and bathroom x 3 spacious,no reason to wait a turn. Living room had warm colors and cozy, furniture comfy too. And windows to enjoy the natural sunlight. A corner lot condo almost perfect location. Five minutes to the beach driving, local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, CVS at each corner. A must come back place to stay.

Wonderful!

This place was very nice. We didn’t spend much time in the house because we were out stacking slabs on the bay. If I ever needed place to stay on the island I’d come back here again. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay here!

Excellent birthday weekend!

Completely enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my 13 and 15 year old's birthday's. The condo was immaculately clean and the location was perfect. We absolutely enjoyed all the extras the owner provided for the stay- Welcome basket with snacks and beach ball, coffee pods with condiments, and the soft and fluffy and towels that were plentiful. Having three full size bathrooms was so nice when everyone needed to shower after the beach. I would love to stay here again next summer!
