Family friendly with fantastic pool area

This property is perfect for families with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, 3 patio/porches, and it even has a garage. It is close to the beach, nicely furnished and very comfortable to relax yet not worry the kids will break something. It's close to the beach, has an amazing pool area (with water slide!)for kids and adults, and is pet friendly. The host checked in throughout our stay and was very responsive to messages. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great location, very spacious and clean

We had a great time in Port Aransas and this location was perfect. 3 min to the beach, 10 min to the state park beach. The place was very clean, and kitchen stocked up with everything one may need, I even used my favorite nutribullet to make some smoothies.

A Fun Trip To The Beach

This was the perfect house for our family of four and pups for the Fourth of July weekend. The house was clean and there were more than enough towels and paper products for our stay. The beach is within walking distance (about a quarter of a mile), but having a golf cart rental makes getting to and from the beach with kids and all of your stuff way easier. It was also amazing to have the pool right there so we could enjoy it after spending a morning at the beach. The host was also very easy to communicate with. We unfortunately had a Tropical Storm/Hurricane coming through on our check out day and our host let us know of the ferry closing at noon so we could prepare for an earlier departure to avoid traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family

We loved the house and location. The only downside was that the pool gate was not working the entire time so someone had to let you in or they just propped it open. I sometimes could hear the neighbors but other than that it was great!

It was great Pool could use some restrictions People partying at late hrs n early in morning Woken up at 3:30am Then at midnight with adults at pool being loud Kids jump of the rocks n one day i counted 32 people in d pool so we decided to leave But besides that its a great place 🤗will stay there again

Lots of room. Very clean and neat. Was nice to havr the hose outside to wash sand off before entering the unit. Beds were a little hard for us but overall we had a good time.

Super clean

The master is upstairs, so kids can have their own space in the two bedrooms downstairs. Convenient access to beach. We brought our golf cart and had a blast! Love that we could bring our dog, too. Overall wonderful!

Heated pool

The condo was beautifully decorated and the perfect space for our large family. We had several days of cold weather on our stay. The heated pool was a life savior! It was the hit of the complex. We will be back!

There was more than enough room for our family of 7. The unit was very clean and well stocked dishes and cookware. It could use a couple more hot pads and kitchen towels but other than that a great place.

Great Time Close to Beach

We had a great time sharing the space with my sisters family. The property was clean and conveniently located. Some tips for others or maybe for property mgmt to consider. There is a coffee pot, but no filters. There were no hot pads to grab pans out of the oven. Some plastic or non-breakable plates and bowls would be much appreciated when your visiting with 5 young children. We were not left the pool code and had to request it.

The pool was the star of the show!

We really enjoyed the pool area when we weren’t at the beach. There are a ton of community grills by the pool. It was easy to grill, watch your kids plays and relax (and even swim in between flipping burgers)! This unit was close enough to the pool to easily walk to but far enough where it wasn’t too loud. On Labor Day weekend, the pool area was a big party scene at night. The kids bunk bed room is on the first floor, so it gives you a little peace and quiet when you’re upstairs relaxing/cooking in the family room/kitchen area and the kids can play downstairs. I like that kitchen was open so you aren’t isolated when you cook. A good house for a family!

Nice Summer Getaway
