Great Location

This property is in a great location. It is close to the beach and also close to town. We had enough room for everyone and it was perfect for our quick beach trip getaway.

Kitchen infested with cockroaches and living room had what looked like feces. I call the office, they said it would be taken care of, but no one showed up. My family is not used to having these bugs in our house or ever.

Convenient Beach Condo

Very accommodating staff. Maintenance responded timely to issue experienced with mattress in order to make it more comfortable for my pregame DIL. Overall we enjoyed the condo very much. The only somewhat negative for us was the live streamed TV service … not a huge fan, but we adapted and were not at the beach to watch TV anyway. Also, the dryer settings seemed a bit confusing but we eventually figured it out! Always a great experience in Port A!

Great trip!

This unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all the needed cookware. Towels were fluffy and new. I would suggest some type of flooring over the bare concrete floors. Constantly felt like they were sandy and dirty no matter how many times we swept or mopped and with a granddaughter that is just crawling, it was a concern. Location was great! Parking lot is very cramped. We took an F-150 Ford pick up and an Expedition and it was a very tight squeeze in the driveway. The one car garage is not part of the deal on this one. Downstairs was smaller than the pictures seemed. Overall, we would probably stay here again.

A little disappointed

The description of this property is not really accurate. It’s alot smaller than expected. We found dirty and wet dishes in the cupboards, a fuse box on the patio being held shut by a board braced against our picnic table which must have just been painted because when you sat by it it left paint on your cloths

Loved it!

Check in was a breeze! Any email or message was quickly responded to. We had 9 people and we more than enough room. The three full bathrooms were perfect to allow everyone to shower without long wait. Plenty of towels and travel toiletries. Having a washer and dryer was great! We definitely took advantage of not having stinky clothes from fishing. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with plates, bowls, serving platters, cookware, utensils! A big back deck with chairs and propane grill. The beach is an easy walk away. Just over the hill. It was very peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend this property! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. I don’t believe this house could sleep 12 comfortably; unless there were more young kids than adults. We had 9 people, and it was perfect! The loft upstairs was a plus being a good place for our teenagers to hang out. Great location, and clean cozy condo overall.

Graduation Getaway

We rented this property to celebrate my daughter’s high school and college graduation. The location was wonderful as we were a couple of blocks from the beach. We rent golf carts and had an absolute blast. We had plenty of room for the party of 12. Very cute, clean property with a swimming pool two doors down. Would highly recommend to anyone with a good size group wanting close to the beach.

Okay for a smaller group but not big enough for 12 people as suscribed.

The home was nice but not big enough for 12 this would be good for a group of 8. Sleeper sofa was not soft down stairs and the sofa bed up stairs did not pull out. Called maintenance and they did not show up until the day we checked out. Ad specified garage and a code was given to us. When trying to open when arriving they told us it was not available for us to use. So false advertising. Rented a gulf cart but no where to put it again since garage was not available to use. We also lost water but where told city had shut it off. It came back within and hour.
