Everything was as the site presented and everyone had a great time. Loved the property and the amenities. Amazing overall stay.

The view off the balcony and the pool were very nice. Nice big main bedroom and closet. Very clean. No information sheet so I did have to text with property management for some minor questions, but they were very responsive.

Wonderful condo in a nice area. Pretty sunsets. Weaknesses was no steak knives and the butter knives had no serrated edges; no Kleenex; provided soap was awful. Upstairs neighbor had a child who ran around very noisily almost constantly. Other than those complaints, it was great.

Very nice condo & Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only hiccup encountered was to “reserve” the boat slip ahead of stay which we did. Then come to find out what we were told was completely inaccurate regarding which slip to put the boat in. The second day the property manager addressed the issue so it’s possibly worked out now but needless to say we weren’t pleased having to move the boat in the middle of the night after being in someone else’s boat slip. The only other issue for boaters is there is extremely limited space to park a boat and trailer.

We have a blended family and there is 7 of us kids aging from 10-17 and we fit comfortably. 3 days just isn’t enough time to enjoy everything.

Condo was very nice and clean. Had all the utensils for cooking. A grill somewhere on the facilities would have been nice. Boat ramp was close by and easy access to the bay by water. No boat trailer parking on site, had to park in in the culdesac on the street. Overall it was a nice quite complex and we would stay here again.

The family had a great vacation. The condo and view was amazing!!! The weather was awesome. Padre island is a must for anyone wanna breath taking views! I highly recommend

Everything was great except the neighbors downstairs bang on the ceiling and left a horrible note about how loud my kids running around was. They are 5 & 2 years old and way less then 40lbs so if you go make sure to tiptoe inside

Property and amenities were awesome! The only reason I didn't rate as an impeccable location was because of the check in process. There is 2 lock boxes (primary and back up) it appears many people have had the same issue we encountered in the past but there isn't a clear description on where to look for the primary lock box. Other than that it was a great location, very clean and comfortabe. Now knowing which lockbox to use, we will definately be staying there in the future.

Great home to stay in, very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only reason for four stars instead of five is I couldn’t make the washer and dryer work. When you are spending days at the beach and water parks a washer and dryer are sort of a necessity.

The condo was in a good neighborhood It could have been a little more clean. It had a bug in a drink my aunt had. The bed could have been softer.

I didn't give it 5 stars only bcuz we had a little trouble with wifi password (written incorrectly), but management came out quickly and handled it. Wasn't bad just inconvenient. Besides that...loved it! Would recommend it and would stay again!!
