The elevator stopped working and was making different sounds. It never go fixed while we were there for two nights.The stove top only worked with one pan. It kept giving me an error one signal. The other pants that they had neither of them could be used for the stove top. I did not enjoy taking off all the linens. That was time consuming and I ended up super tired before I checked out. I feel the linens can remain on the bed until someone cleans since that is should be part of the payment. Trash should be taken out by property as well.

We had a great stay. The condos are dated, but this one is in excellent condition. It was clean and fully stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, and the pool appeared to be maintained well. Worked perfectly for us for a weekend getaway.

First of all the day I reserved till we left on 7/6/25 I had nothing but kind,helpfull and excellent customer service. During our stay at the condo everything was clean,well maintained and so comfortable the only problem with this trip was the weather but thanks to all the acamadations from our condo it was worth the stay. I so highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much for everything Mr.Taylor. We will definitely being staying again soon.

Great location on the beach, with good dining options nearby; property is in good condition and is very safe. Our condo was very clean and comfortable, and well supplied with necessities. Owner responded very quickly to two issues we had, and they were resolved easily.

Great value!

For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Condo

Cute condo, great location/felt safe, nice calm beach right off the property. The air conditioner struggled during the day but it did got the jon done. We had an issue with the stove top burner BUT the owner communicated extremely well and resolved the issue immediately. If we're ever in the area again we'll be staying here. Go ahead and rent it, you'll love it.

Great place

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

Quick beach getaway

It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

Quick Beach Trip

Cute, tiny condo with a beach view and easy access to the beach at North Beach. Fit 3 people comfortably. Air Conditioning worked well. Condo could use updating, but it was clean and a great location for all we were looking to do. Any issue I had the owner was a quick message or call away. Once the updating of the complex is complete it’ll be quiet, quaint piece of the beach life.

Peace on the veranda & water play options

We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Walk to beach

Quick get away for us an just wanted a place near the salty water with sand in our feet. Perfect for this - very clean with a great AC in the Texas heat ! Felt safe having the gated community an no problems at check in. Bobby responded very quickly to me loosing the codes an such for check in- very polite and understanding. Easy walk across the parking lot to beach with coffee in the mornings to watch sunrise was the best.

Our stay was pleasant. We have stayed at this location before so our expectations were met. I did realize yesterday that we left a giant Zenga game at your property. Is there anyway we can collectively work on getting it returned to me. I’d be willing to pay for shipping it to me.

Great place!

This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.
