  • 1 bedroom 1 full bath condo right off North Beach, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave 4 burners and oven, sleeps up to 4 adults 2 kids( one queen bed, one pull out sofa bed, 2 kids bunk bed) additional adults may charge extra room service fees, full bathroom with tub and shower, private balcony with sun bath chairs, Large TV cable program, free WIFI,washer/dryer on first floor of each building, 2 pools- a Heated pool and a large heated outdoor pool right in front of the suite, 4 barbecue area's, one fitness room, meeting room, has 24 hours Front desk( $20 registration fees) , Near beach restaurant, parks and fishing piers, Walking distance the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington.
    This condo has been freshly renovated laminate floors, painted walls, bathroom....
    Daily (2 nights minimum), weekly, monthly rates.
    Free WIFI and Cable TV. Laundry room is on every floor.
    New bathtub and set of shower faucet.
    New Air purifiers and dehumidifier provided for better air quality.

We had a lovely time on our vacation, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was so close! The location was perfect everything we needed to visit or go to was 15 mins away normally or even closer! We would love to come back!

Great value!!

Cute place next to the beach. My granddaughters had a blast at the pool. Many good restaurants and attractions near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

My wife, daughter, and I had an excellent time on our stay. The location was perfect with easy beach access. The property was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. We will certainly be staying again in the future.Thanks Frank for the experience!

We loved these condos!

I highly recommend this place to stay! It’s reasonably priced, clean, nice, and close to all the good places, including the beach! The views, and pools were awesome as well! 100/10 recommended from us! We are a family of 5 two adults, and three young kids!

Would love to stay again!

Great, afforable place to stay! Quiet area, everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo met our family's needs and also had a nice view of the bay fromthe balcony...perfect for morning coffee time. Great sidewalk along the bay for walking and could walk to the Lexington and a few shops. Check-in/out procedures were super easy and owner was easy to reach.

Not what it seems

This area is dilapidated and the stay itself is in a building that’s boarded up in places and falling apart. Go to Padre island instead if you want to be in Corpus Christi

Right off the beach. Kids loved it. Place was clean. Great for the price. Could have used a little updating, but otherwise decent.

The location was nice, condo was cute BUT dirty. The remotes were sticky and dirty, the wall next to the bed was dirty like someone spilled a drink& didn't clean clean it

Staff was very helpful, the apartment was old, frying pan old nasty, dust on top coffee maker, balcony door was very hard to open up.

North Beach

Building could use some work. Especially the air condition. The bed was a little soft for my taste but besides that everything was accurate. No troubles.

Frank was so easy to communicate with he returns every message very quickly without a doubt we really enjoyed waking up to the ocean and the seagull's! Checking out with very few things to do Frank just asks that the trash being taken out and dishes being done. Definitely will go back next year.

Nice place

Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches when we woke up the next day. (I would hang moisture bags throughout to prevent this) Otherwise we had a great time!

Not a healthy place to stay

Location was great and ocean view is nice,The condo was constantly humid even when using a humidifier the place still smells humid. , which is not too healthy . Old furniture, broken patio doors.. I don’t think I could go back there

Good little getaway

I enjoyed the stay and the condo! My only complaint is that the elevator didn’t work and since this was a pitstop on the way to a week business trip I had luggage and climbing up 3 flights of steps was very cruel! Tips It’s best to have a rental because food is scares in the area. The beach sand was not friendly either, lol we headed to mustang beach where the water was absolutely beautiful and clear and the sand was so soft and beautiful. Communication with the owner was great. The bed was not as comfortable as I like but it slept well. The couch was comfy!
