The host was quick to respond and very gracious. The house is well stocked for an incredible stay, whether inside or beachside, It's clear they gave a lot of thought to the little details. (thank you for all the extra electrical outlets!) Don't know if the property manager is also the owner, but he is a real professional regardless. Also, the golf cart was a godsend!

Great for family vacation!

We loved our stay at your beautiful place! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! The bedrooms were very nice annd comfortable . Our grandsons enjoyed the games and toys upstairs. The beach was very nice and clean and the golf cart was very helpful getting to and from the beach with the little ones. We would definitely stay here again!

Port A Getaway

We were so happy with all this place had to offer and its location was perfect. The golf cart was fantastic to have for back and forth trips to and from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. I wish we had tried the margarita machine it looked great. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is stocked in the garage! Great family getaway!

Great location and all amenities!

Property was as advertised and then some. Great location, about a block from the beach, so an easy walk, or even better, short drive in the provided golf cart. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Beach toys, chairs, shade tent, boogie/surf boards etc. kids had a great time!

Christmas Getaway

We rented the property for a small Christmas getaway. We had to best experience, and we made lots of memories. The host was easy to communicate with, and the house was super cozy. We definitely would rent here again.

Short walk to the beach, amenities galore!

When shopping for a vacation place, very rarely do you experience "what you see is what you get" with the listings. This place did a GREAT job. What you see in the lovely photos IS actually what you have in the unit. Easy check in, cabinets labeled, night lights placed throughout the stairs and bedrooms, extra blankets and pillows, fun movies, books, a retro gaming system, tvs in all the bedrooms, living areas too! When we opened the garage, we were pleasantly surprised with the beach blanket, surf boards, toys for kids, a blue tooth speaker, light, grill & more! Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and a lovely deck that you can almost see the ocean from on a clear day. The kids room has 4 bunk beds and it's own bathroom which was great for our multiple families. The community pool was clean and an easy walk across the parking lot. We did not use it during our visit due to the lower temps. The golf cart was easy to drive and a quick trip down to the beach was fun for all! Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor was useful for any longer stays. Easy golf cart drive to pizza, coffee, ice cream treats. Lots of beach town charm in the unit.

Great Stay

This was our second stay at this great property, but we brought 2 grand daughters this time. Even tho it was off & on rainy while there, the girls had a blast going fishing every chance they got. It was nice to then come back for some relaxation to play some games and watch tv. Thanks again for the stay!!!

Summer 2024

We had a great stay at the condo! We had a family of 7 staying and there was more than enough room. The location was great to the beach and to local restaurants! The golf cart was a great addition also and made getting to and from the beach easier. We loved our stay and will be ready yo book again next summer! Thank you so much!

Perfect in Everyway

We came to Port Aransas for a beach family reunion. Grant was amazing as a host and there for all our needs. The place was clean, stocked and we loved the use of the golf cart as it made our trips to the beach so fun! We will absolutely be back!!!

Beach Get-Away

We loved the Port Aransas area! A great alternative to busier beaches in Florida. The beach was clean and beautiful. Lots of birds! Driving on the beach was a great perk of staying in this area. We loved the golf cart, ease of use, garage, and parking pass for the beach included. We did rent a car, but anything you need is within walking or golf cart distance. Plenty of parking off the road too. Great location! Friendly area, very safe, and not overcrowded. Lots of good restaurants and little shops. The condo was great! Lots of room and we loved having 3 full baths! There was plenty of paper goods and supplies for 5 days we were there. This rental was clean and decorated in an adorable way. The interior design was beautiful! We enjoyed the unique mural. All furniture was very comfortable and our whole family could sit and enjoy a movie and margarita together in the living room. Margarita machine was a fun addition. Loved that the 2 bedrooms opened up onto an adjoining balcony with seating. This was a fun place to stay and we’d come back. Host communication was great and we did not have any issues.
