A cozy home perfect for families. The location is very close to the beach, main restaurants and shopping. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation.

Family beach trip

This place was just perfect! Great location and full of amenities that you might need. Even an electric wine bottle opener! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The home was centrally located to everything and very easy drive to the beach. The home was perfect for our family and had all we needed. The beach devour was a great touch. Couch and beds were very comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

The property was wonderful, it was clean and you felt at home as soon as you walked in! It was very spacious and fit our family of 7 very comfortably. We will definitely be booking again for our future visits. Thank you for providing us with the wonderful stay we had in Port A!

Great property

The property is awesome, clean and as advertised. Check in was off site which we didn’t know until the hour prior, but it was not far so that wasn’t terrible. The area is nice it was quiet throughout our stay. Proximity to bars and restaurants can’t be beat! Overall wonderfully stay

Miller vacation

We had a great stay. The only negative thing about the condo was there was no pot holders, so when we cooked dinner we had to use our hand towels and there was no notification for caution about the coyotes on the island. Our mini schnauzer was attacked on Tuesday night right outside of our condo while we were walking her on the leash. Over all, we had a great time and the condo was beautiful

Clean and spacious

Close to several popular restaurants and bars. Very clean, large bedrooms, king bed in every room. Open kitchen and living room separated by island. Beachy feel, although not located on the beach. Pool with covered sitting area. Would definitely rent this house again. Only problem was someone stole our canopy we left on the porch. Probably a person passing on the street. Our fault, we shouldn’t have left it out.

Second visit to Pt A

You enjoyed our rental very much and will consider it again for next year. The location is perfect for restaurants, all other attractions, stores for supplies, and of course the beach. Next time we will get a different golf cart vendor. There is a golf cart notice on frig that is half what we paid and it took three golf carts from your recommended vendor before we got one that worked.

Listing price

We had a great stay at 5 O’clock Chateau. I saw this unit on another site but chose VRBO for it was a bit cheaper but not so after all…. Embarrassing when splitting the bill with others. The unit it’s self was nice the thermostat was upstairs was created an issue for the master bedroom downstairs. But overall a nice unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was well stocked and everything we need and then some. All kitchen needs, beach chairs, toys for the kids, floor fans, cleaning supplies were all included. Had some issues though. Could not check in at 4:00 due to cleaning crew still onsite. Mopped floor was wet while we unpacked. Fridge was not cooling and didn’t know. Had to move kid’s milk back to ice chest. Called and was told fridge would cool by next day. Had ants in upstairs bedroom. Found popcorn under bed and sandwiches behind couch downstairs. Sent a message and pest control came out next morning. They sprayed the entire bedroom but left floor extremely wet. Wife was still getting things ready for the beach and we had to walk slow to not slip. While packing for checkout, ants had gotten into a box of cereal we brought. Had to throw away.

The house is very close to everything in Port A and was a beautiful home. There was a bar with some rowdy patrons that kept some of us up on Saturday but that is just a product of the central location. The TV channels load slowly but that was mentioned as an issue in Port A. Overall it was a nice home with plenty of space that we enjoyed a lot.
