A full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area and full bath with washer and dryer on the main level and then up the spiral staircase to the bedroom level with a King bedroom and queen bedroom and another full bath. Additional sleeping space in living room on sofa sleeper. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony!

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 2 full bathrooms.
