Great property

I have stayed at various beach houses/ condos over the years, this place is a great price and a good deal for the money. If you want marble countertops and glass chandeliers, this ain’t your place. If you want an affordable, clean and comfortable unit 200 steps from the beach, with a pool and great customer service, this place is your huckleberry! Highly recommended.

Relaxing Vacay

My daughter and I flew in from California to celebrate my birthday with my friend and her daughter. The condo was built in 2020 and is exactly like the pictures online. Location is perfect to the beach, condo is updated and modern, back patio is huge compared to the other condos, easy check in/ check out, and very close to town. Tammy was very accommodating and even helped us pump up our floaties to take the the beach. The only con I have is that you could hear the up stair neighbors but we were at the beach or on the patio most of the time so not a huge deal. Will definitely rebook and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and town to stay here.

Consistently Great

My family and I have stayed at this unit and different units in this complex several times and each stay has been awesome. This unit is well stocked with everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are spotless, good wifi and tv options, pool is always great, short walk to the beach, and even though the parking lot is a little cramped we have never had issues even during busy times (they also have a new paved overflow parking which is great). This complex and this unit in particular are our go-to options for our yearly trips to Port A. Thank you for keeping everything so great! We will definitely be back :D

Great stay

Great stay. Clean and very well kept. A real gem that close to town. Highly recommend. Only very small room for improvement would be some blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Outdoor light on adjacent bldg bright and keeps the rooms a little bright for sleeping The blinds do help a lot but curtains would be perfect otherwise wonderful place to stay.

Just a short walk over the dunes to ocean. Fell asleep each night listening to murmur of surf. Great condo,,no stairs! Very clean and quiet. Will definitely return.

Great time!

It was our first time experience staying at a condo. The best experience having the beach so close! We took a wagon to the beach so we didn’t have to go back and forth. The kids enjoyed their own room with Netflix! We will return next summer :)

Perfect Port A stay for family of 4

Lovely quiet little corner unit, two bedrooms was perfect size for my husband and two teens. Easy access to condo pool (but far enough no noise carried our way) and short walk to beach. Had all of the basics for an easy stay and property management was helpful throughout whole rental process.

Perfect location and family retreat

We've been coming to Port A regularly over the past two years and have tried several different accommodations but this was by far the best set-up. Two good-sized rooms with their own bathrooms allowed for two couples and a child to have plenty of space, with a great common area, perfect patio to listen to the waves and relax, and very convenient kitchen. Had a bit of a snaggle with checkin as housekeeping was finishing up but we were able to relax at the (excellent, clean, deep, comfortable) pool during that time, and Tammy made sure it all worked out in the end. It was wonderful to be able to take an evening walk to the beach but at the same time, the property felt a safe enough distance from the busyness of the high-traffic weekend. We would definitely consider staying here again. Make sure and bring paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent, and your toiletries (most folks know this but just in case.) This space was colorful, cute, clean, and VERY new.

Great property walking distance to the beach.

Was a great experience. Close to pool. The beach is a bit of a trek but walkable. Close to town. Blocks away from any place you could want to go. Washer /dryer in the condo is a must for beach vacations! No complaints. Would stay here again.

Idyllic Beach Retreat

From the cozy comfort of the condo itself, to the easy beach access, to the exceptional communication with Tammy, the host, this space checks all of the boxes! It’s clean and spacious; and the amenities are ideal. Do take your own beach towels, and any condiments, as well as coffee filters (size 4, flat), coffee and/or Keurig pods. We were so grateful that during peak season Tammy, the host, was incredibly responsive and generous. We cannot wait to come back soon and enjoy hearing the waves from the patio again!!
