Kitchen was well equipped- beds /linen was very comfortable Only issue could not get channel 7 for mum to watch the Ashes (she is a cricket tragic) but got it on upstairs TV Also downstairs bathroom hot water did not seem to get warm enough for her But there was a work around (she used my shower) Loved the house and look forward to coming back again Roses were beautiful ! Thank you Kim for letting us borrow your lovely home

A beautiful property We had a wonderful short term stay at Rose Sea Cottage.The property has been thoroughly modernised & done so in a thoughtful, functional manner. Amenities & facilities are all excellent.The house was clean, spacious & highly functional. with several separate living zones, which would be perfect for families.There is a good sized yard, front & back, & off street parking as well.We traveled with a pet & the property is securely fenced to keep him safe.We are trying to work out when we might be able to re-book with you.Phil.

What an amazing week we spent with our family at this beautiful home.From the moment we checked in we were blown away. Every detail has been catered for, from plug in heaters available in every bed room (in addition to 2 split systems), to everything you’d need and more available in the kitchen, including pantry staples like oil, salt and pepper. This really did feel like our home away from home while we stayed. It comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 children for the 2 nights we all stayed, then the additional living space allowed the kids to watch one TV while the parents watched the other. Kim was very accessible before, during and after and her recommendation to visit Fig and the Bay was perfect for our brunch to celebrate my MILs 60th Bday. Easy 20min drive to the Phillip Island bridge and we ventured in daily for different activities. We had amazing weather for the most of it and saw some beautiful sunsets at the Coronet Bay Beach which is only a few minute drive or a 15min walk away. We will be back, I’ll be rounding up the girlfriends for a Mums weekend away soon!

This house was a hidden gem, absolutely lovely and beautifully styled and spacious for our family. The pictures don’t give it justice. Also everything had been thought about in providing items to make our stay comfortable. Definitely would stay and recommend this property.

Beautifully decorated home with all creature comforts. We had a lovely time in this cozy home. All six of us had ample space. All of my kids wanted the comfy sofa turned queen bed to fall asleep while watching TV. The weekend was a bit gloomy but we were able ti have a BBQ in the covered alfresco. Ticks all the boxes. Impressed by the environmentally friendly options everywhere and the LED lighting.Kim was the most responsive host, who was really flexible and accommodating.We had a great family getaway.

Fantastic stay

Our stay at Kim’s place in Coronet Bay was great. The house is beautiful; great layout, lots of space and lovely attention to detail. There are a number of things that made our stay really easy - the beds were made up for us, all linen provided (although remember to bring your own tea towels!), the pantry was stocked with basics like olive oil and salt and pepper and there were lots of kids games, books and dvds. Kim was great to communicate with. The furniture and beds are really comfortable and great quality. When I asked the kids what they wanted to add, they said, “there are two massive lounge rooms, two quality bathrooms and two huge tvs (both with DVD players) and loads of storage. We really love the bunk bed shelves”. We also loved the environmental credentials, we were able to charge our MG EV using their onsite charger, the place is solar powered and there was a compost bin which a lot of properties don’t have. We brought our dog and while it is worth noting that dogs need to stay outside, there is a great enclosed area where dogs can sleep and heaps of fenced area all around the property for them to roam. Coronet Bay is 30mins before Phillip Island (if coming from Melbourne) and is a small town with a beach and basic general store within walking distance. We would really recommend anyone to visit.

Great Stay in Coronet Bay

Excellent property, very well presented and well equipped kitchen with a nice outdoor BBQ area.Quiet location with a short walk to the beach.The family really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back again.

Great Stay

Property was great for our family, with the retreat upstairs gives everyone space, entertainment area excellent as undercover. Home beautifully appointed & your pet can also be safe with well defined fencing. Owner helpful& excellent communicator.

Awesome Getaway

Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls.
